The purpose of these files is to report the UFO eyewitness and photo/video evidence that occurs on a daily basis around the world and inspace. These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists, but my hypothesis is that the over a thousand UFOs reportedeach month represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of Earth. I personally became interested in UFOs whenLondon Control ordered me to intercept one over England while flying for the US Air Force. Under Project Blue Book, the US Air Forceinvestigated UFOs for more than twenty years; and we continue this research. I believe the God of the universe has spread life throughout

the cosmos and UFOs are visiting us in ever-increasing numbers.

Command, 1947-09-23).SUBJECT: AMC Opinion Concerning "Flying Discs"

To: Commanding General Army Air ForceWashington 25, D.C.

ATTENTION: Brig. General George SchulgenAC/AS-2

1. As requested by AC/AS-2 there is presented below the considered opinion of thiscommand concerning the so-called "Flying Discs." This opinion is based on interrogation

report data furnished by AC/AS-2 and preliminary studies by personnel of T-2 and AircraftLaboratory, Engineering Division T-3. This opinion was arrived at in a conference between

personnel from the Air Institute of Technology, Intelligence T-2, Office, Chief of EngineeringDivision, and the Aircraft, Power Plant and Propeller Laboratories of Engineering Division

T-3.2. It is the opinion that:

a. The phenomenon is something real and not visionary or fictitious.b. There are objects probably approximating the shape of a disc, of such appreciable size as

to appear to be as large as man-made aircraft.c. There is a possibility that some of the incidents may be caused by natural phenomena, such as meteors.

d. The reported operating characteristics such as extreme rates of climb, maneuverability (particularly in roll), and motion which must beconsidered evasive when sighted or contacted by friendly aircraft and radar, lend belief to the possibility that some of the objects are

controlled either manually, automatically or remotely.e. The apparent common description is as follows:-

(1) Metallic or light reflecting surface.(2) Absence of trail, except in a few instances where the object apparently was operating under high performance conditions.(3) Circular or elliptical in shape, flat on bottom and domed on top.

(4) Several reports of well kept formation flights varying from three to nine objects.(5) Normally no associated sound, except in three instances a substantial rumbling roar was noted.

(6) Level flight speeds normally above 300 knots are estimated.f. It is possible within the present U.S. knowledge -- provided extensive detailed development is undertaken -- to construct a piloted aircraft

which has the general description of the object in sub- paragraph (e) above which would be capable of an approximate range of 7000 milesat subsonic speeds.g. Any development in this country along the lines indicated would be extremely expensive, time consuming and at the considerable expenseof current projects and therefore, if directed, should be set up independently of existing projects.h. Due consideration must be given the following:-(1) The possibility that these objects are of domestic origin - the product of some high security project not known to AC/AS-2 or this

Command.(2) The lack of physical evidence in the shape of crash recovered exhibits which would undeniably prove the existence of these subjects.

(3) The possibility that some foreign nation has a form of propulsion possibly nuclear, which is outside of our domestic knowledge.

3. It is recommended that:- Headquarters, Army Air Forces issue a directive assigning a priority, security classification and Code name for adetailed study of this matter to include the preparation of complete sets of all available and pertinent data which will then be made availableto the Army, Navy, Atomic Energy Commission, JRDB, the Air Force Scientific Advisory Group, NACA, and the RAND and NEPA

projects for comments and recommendations, with a preliminary report to be forwarded within 15 days of receipt of the data and a detailedreport thereafter every 30 days as the investigation develops. A complete interchange of data should be affected.

The European Space Agencys (ESA) comet-chasing probe Rosetta has captured the first close-up images of the asteroid Lutetia. HolgerSierks is the principal investigator on the Osiris camera system.

On 10 July 2010, the probetook 400 images with its cameras, spectrometers, and magnetic-field experiments more passed within 3162km of Lutetia. Lutetia is the largest asteroid ever

visited by a space probe. The new pictures reveal it

Ufologist John Keel Remembered

John Keel, was a prominent American ufologist andthe author of The Mothman Prophecies (1975), a

book about paranormal phenomena which was madeinto a successful film starring Richard Gere.

One of ufologys most widely-read and influential authors, Keel became an original and controversial researcher, and is credited withcoining the term MIB (Men In Black), sinister and threatening entities who assume human form to confront ufologists and UFO witnesses.Of particular importance was Keels analysis of patterns. His work on windows (specific hot spots of combined phenomenalappearances), waves (cyclic appearances of the phenomena) and the Wednesday phenomenon (the theory that a disproportionatenumber of UFO events occur on that day of the week) influenced scholars and followers of the genre alike.He commenced a full-time investigation of UFOs and paranormal phenomena and read over 2,000 books, and interviewed thousands of

people in over twenty U.S. states.He read newspaper-clipping services, which often generated up to 150 clippings for a single day during the 1966 and 1967 UFO "wave".

Keel wrote for several magazines including Saga with one 1967 article UFO Agents of Terror referring to the Men in Black. Keel died onJuly 3, 2009, at 79.However, after one year of investigations, Keel concluded that the extraterrestrial hypothesis was untenable. Indeed, both Hynek and

Valle eventually arrived at a similar conclusion. As Keel himself wrote, I abandoned the extraterrestrial hypothesis in 1967 when my ownfield investigations disclosed an astonishing overlap between psychic phenomena and UFOs... The objects and apparitions do notnecessarily originate on another planet and may not even exist as permanent constructions of matter. It is more likely that we see what we

want to see and interpret such visions according to our contemporary beliefs.

In UFOs: Operation Trojan Horse Keel argues that a non-human orspiritual intelligence has staged whole events over a long period of time in

order to propagate and reinforce certain erroneous belief systems. Forexample, the fairy faith in Europe, vampire legends, mystery airships in1897, mystery aeroplanes of the 1930s, anomalous creature sightings,

poltrgeist phenomena, balls of light, and UFOs.

In Our Haunted Planet, Keel discussed the seldom-considered possibilitythat the alien "visitors" to Earth are not visitors at all, but an advanced Earth

Frankly, like most of you I am worried about the Gulf of Mexico that I used to enjoy fishing out of Pensacola, Florida. Their apparently is

a devastating cascade of 100,000 barrels + of oil pouring into the Gulf of Mexico each day apparently still mixed with the far more toxicdispersant Corexit that British Petroleum continues to inject, into the water sprayed by aircraft despite EPA objections. Corexit EC9500Aand Corexit EC9527A are being used in unprecedentedly large quantities in the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. Reportedly, Corexit may be

toxic to marine life and helps keep spilled oil submerged.

A test-tube collection of oil and Corexit at three different points along the Gulf Coast has brought disturbing results. Corexit is composed ofseveral different solvents primarily used as a dispersant for breaking up of oil slicks. Propylene glycol is thought to be the most dangerous

and harmful solvents within Corexit. The test-tube results showed that the coastline has 430 parts per million of propylene glycol. Only 25parts per million is considered toxic for fish. Mixed with oil the Corexit dispersant mix is something like 150 times the toxic level for fish.

Corexit 9527, considered by the EPA to be an acute health hazard, and is stated by its manufacturer to be potentially harmful to red bloodcells, the kidneys and the liver, and may irritate eyes and skin. The chemical 2-butoxyethanol, found in Corexit 9527, was identified ashaving caused lasting health problems in workers involved in the cleanup of the Exxon Valdez oil spill. Therefore, it seems we have a healthhazard to fish, birds, and humans.

European Parliament Needs to Study UFOs

Mario Borghezio, an Italian member of the European Parliament, says the European Union needs to focus on UFOs and he wants the EUto set up an observatory to catalogue incidents of people seeing UFOs in the sky. Serious, thorough research would expose a systematic

cover-up of UFOs, he said. In his latest press release, Mr. Borghezio quotes an Italian astrophysicist named Massimo Teodorani: Thephenomenon of UFOs is a real manifestation which can be estimated through the physics and the astronomy.

Italian European Member of the Parliament Mario Borghezio, sponsored the draft resolution that, if passed, would require EU governmentsto declassify their secret files on UFOs.

The declaration also calls for a research center to investigate alien life. So far, Thirty-One European Members of the 736-seat ParliamentSupport of Borghezios UFO initiative.

Borghezio said, Many members of the scientific community have been looking into the issue of UFOs and have denounced the systematiccovering up of information on the subject. He pointed out that the 33rd General Assembly of the United Nations had officially recognized

Senators Warn Iran about Nuclear Weapons Facilities

Senator Joseph Lieberman last week said, The United States may be forced to launch an attack on Irans nuclear weapons facilities ifdiplomatic efforts and economic sanctions fail, after a meeting with Israeli officials in Jerusalem.

Appearing at a news conference with Senators Lindsey Graham and John McCain, Lieberman was unusually harsh in his assessment of the

Iranian threat. There is a broad consensus in Congress that military force can be used if necessary to stop Iran from obtaining nuclearweapons, he said.

Lieberman cited a recent set of sanctions Congress passed against Iran as a potential deterrent. But he insisted that the goal of keeping Iranfrom becoming a nuclear power will be accomplished "through diplomatic and economic sanctions if we possibly can, through militaryactions if we must," according to The Associated Press.

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said, A new wave of sanctions imposed by the United Nations, the United States, and the European

PRICHARD -- in the year 1957, I was 15 years old, looked up, and saw five lights moving. I thought it was a military plane, but decided to

set up a small telescope and realized it was a full yellow disc. The top was the purple dome of a saucer. I ran to my parent's house and told

them about the UFOs and they said, I must be drunk or dreaming. Therefore, I have kept silent and not told anyone about it until now.

MEZA -- I was facing south when I saw an oval light object in the sky on July 3, 2010, at 8:50 PM. T he object was not moving

too fast that I could not make out what it was. After about thirty seconds the oval light split into what appeared to be three

sections and was rotating in a clockwise direction. There was also a smaller red dot light above it.

The object was moving slightly north and turned to the west. After about three minutes total it was too far for us to see

REDDING -- On July 8, 2010, as I was walking my dog at a nearby park, and noticed the sunbeam coming above a cumulus cloud. It was

an unusual sight, so I quickly took pictures and video of it. I did not notice any UFOs during the video capture but, the following day whenI checked my video footage, I could not believe what I saw. There were not one, but four UFOs. The photo show a dark spot in lower left

DENVER SUBURBS -- I was sitting on my deck drinking coffee and noticed a bright object in the NW sky for several minutes that

brightened periodically. It stood still, and then started slowly moving toward the SE. I followed the object using 8X32 binoculars and saw aboomerang shaped object thicker in the middle backside. It was flying at an estimated altitude of 100,000 feet. Its size was equal to orgreater than a commercial airliner. When I had the object in focus, it slowly rotated about once every 5-10 seconds, as it moved forward. Itreflected the sunlight as it rotated. A friend of mine took this photo on May 23, 2010. She said it had a strange formation and I perceived it to look like a flying saucer. It's

not an actual flying saucer but the clouds take the form of one that looks awfully like a UFO. The photo was not edited. Thanks toMUFON CMS

LARGO -- I was sitting outside enjoying one of the rare evenings with low humidity and great star shine on July 9, 2010. Viewing the

constellations that were unusually bright, I focused on Scorpio to the south and I moved my view to the southeast and suddenly a largebright yellowish green circle appeared just east of Scorpio. It was trailing a short streak of silver-white plume moving straight northward

with incredible speed. It disappeared just as suddenly. I orginally thought I had witnessed merely a common meteor. But, after furtherthought, a meteor the size of this object would have left a much larger trail and made a brilliant flash of light upon disintegration. Georgia Triangles at 500 Feet

LAWRENCEVILLE I was on my way to Publix with my Mom and Dad, when four bright white lights aligned across the front of a UFO

flying low. I could see a triangle shape and it was completely silent. All lights were solid. and it was moving fast until you couldnt see itanymore. When we got to Publix I saw another one moving at the same speed, silent, with the same color lights and same direction. I could

in a landing at OHare Airport until we noticed that they were solid orange flickering like fire. My wife and I were worried so I called myFather to see if he heard anything about this. I am familiar with seeing the sky filled with approaching planes with their landing lights etc...

GALATIA -- I was on my way to work last night at about quarter to ten, on July 11, 2010, my son spotted something in the sky, and hesaid, "Mom...what is that?" I looked at a square shaped aircraft with four blinking lights at each corner, with a red solid light in the center.It was hovering motionless but shifting from side to side. We watched for five minutes when it just disappeared. It was at about 1500 feetaltitude in a cloudless sky. Thanks to MUFON CMS

CHICAGO MIDWAY -- I was getting off the orange line of the Chicago "L" train at Midway Airport on July 2, 2010, at 9:30 PM, and a

silent reddish orange fireball type object was flying from south to north. I am a former aircraft mechanic at midway and know where lightsare and when they should be on. It flew right over the airport at a good rate of speed at no more that 5000 feet.

BRAZIL -- I had a late night cigarette at 2:15 AM, on July 10, 2010, and glanced up to see a very strange silent saucer shaped craft flyinglow. It had a very unusual sequencing light on the front, which lit up from left to right. It started as a blue color than gradually turned to

red, and repeated. It had a brightly lit window on the side of the craft emitting a yellowish light. It flew over at very slow speed, and I knewif it were an airplane, it would fall out of the sky. Five minutes later, I saw an identical craft, which was also silent following the same flight

GARDNER -- On July 9, 2010, I was standing in my back yard and saw a bright orange sphere that resembled a glowing hot air balloonmoving from the east. It was too bright to be a plane headlight and there were no blinking lights. As it approached, it seemed too low for an

airplane. I tried calling m wife to have her look. I turned on my phone camera and took a picture at 10:33 PM, as it was moving away witha faint bluish glow on the back. I could see somewhat of a counter-clockwise vertical rotation. Thanks to MUFON CMS

LAKEVILLE -- Our family attended the July 4, 2010, show at the North High School field at 9 PM, about an hour before the fireworksbegan and we witnessed a light brown flying object with a glowing golden ball in the center. We know this thing was not an airplane or

firework debris, as it slowly flew across the sky overhead in a curved line at the same altitude. The top of this thing spun around, and oneside of it was black with something that protruded from it. There was no smoke or sound. A protruding thing swung around the top of it

randomly and very slowly while the bottom of it did not spin. There were at least twenty-five people who saw this thing. It really shookme. Reported by Susan Blanch WCCO CBS RadioMissouri OrbST. LOUIS -- At 7:14 PM, on July 12, 2010, I was sitting with my back to a window having a conversation with Steven, 25 years old. Hisface suddenly changed to a look of surprise while talking with me, sat back, and said, "What was that?" He described seeing a white spherewith a trailing tail, zip out diagonally from behind a tree out the window behind me and shoot up into the sky. He does not think it was a

firework because it moved much too fast, and was too "perfect" in its shape and tail and trajectory. He thought it could have been somesort of "craft," but he knows it was not a conventional craft. A facsimile is attached. Steven's Mother saw a UFO last September, 2009.

New Jersey Silent Ball of Light

BELFORD -- While getting ready to watch the 4th of July fireworks at 9:42 PM, we observed in a clear sky a high flying object movingway to fast to be a plane. T his object made the other planes in the sky look as if they were standing still. Three minutes after that objectdisappeared one of the boys yelled, Look up! A second object moving at incredible speed, was coming from the same direction but wasmuch lower. A round and a red glow flew north silently directly over us and were out of sight within seconds. There were spots on the

New Mexico Cylinder

LOVING -- On July 6, 2010, I was taking photos in the afternoon of some beautiful thunderclouds that were building. I took twelve photos

and found a strange object in two different photos when I downloaded them. One is in the top center of the photo above and is dark. Thesecond object appears to be going into a cloudbank.

I do not know what they are but maybe you can figure it out.

I am also sending a photo I took about 6 years ago. I was taking pictures of my horses in the pasture and I did not see anything in mycamera lens at the time I took the photos. I don't know if you are interested in something that long ago but it I think, it might be worth it. It

OKRACOKE ISLAND -- I was with my aunt on a two-hour ferry ride to Okracoke Island, on June 19, 2010, and took some photos ofour surroundings while out on open water. I did not notice this UFO at the time, but when I went home and looked through the photos this

VANCOUVER -- I was at my cousins house celebrating July 4, 2010, and almost everyone took a break from lighting fireworks andmoved into the garage. After a couple of minutes an adult hollered, Come out and look at these lights, they are really cool. We saw ten

bright lights traveling across the sky in pattern. Others were not staying in pattern with the brighter ones, but did not venture far from

formation. At first, I thought they were some kind of illumination flare, but when I noticed they were not descending, I ran in and grabbedmy camera. I snapped a picture as a light airplane flew towards the lights when all of sudden the UFO lights dissipated, disappearing in

SYDNEY, NEWFOUNDLAND -- I went out on my deck with my wife, daughter, and nephew at around 10:10 PM, on July 9, 2010, andspotted objects flying towards my house at 25,000 feet in high. Using my binoculars the objects looked disc shaped which my nephew alsoconfirmed. Commercial planes fly over frequently so we know the difference and these objects were one solid color. The second object gotreally bright several times and was definitely not a conventional plane. Two minutes after they were out of sight, three large planes flewover that sounded louder than commercial aircraft that were probably military fighters. . They headed in the direction of Port Morion. HANGZHOU (Xinhua) -- On July 7, 2010, aviation experts are expected to complete their investigation into an UFO that disrupted air

traffic over east China for an hour on Wednesday.

An investigation team comprising police and aviation officials are still trying to identify the UFO that was located over Zhejiang Province."No conclusion has yet been drawn," said Wang Jian, head of air traffic control with Zhejiang branch of the Civil Aviation Administrationof China, told Xinhua Friday. Media have reported speculation that the UFO might have been a private aircraft, based on the increasing

number of privately owned aircraft in the province.However, an industry insider ruled out the speculation as "too unprofessional" without giving further explanation. Wang Jian said the private

plane was "just a guess."Xiaoshan Airport in the provincial capital of Hangzhou was closed after a UFO was detected at around 9 p.m.

45 degrees up from the horizon. I dismissed it as a star at this point. At midnight, the object had disappeared from that area completely.This is when I knew something was up. I looked across the horizon and saw that the object had positioned itself to the northwest of me stillat the same altitude. SZCZECIN --On June 28, 2010, I looked west out towards the sunset and saw a super bright orange light. I live a short distance from the

German border and it appeared to be coming over from Germany. T hen there were six more orange spheres appearing out of thin air. Ithought it was a flaming ball of fire attached to helium balloons. Then they started to drift towards my home. They moved closer together

then farther apart- just as if it was a choreographed event. T hey lasted for about five minutes then faded out. Then to my surprise, therewere another ten or so of the same silent objects emerging from the same area and doing the same thing as the previous spheres. The

BRISTOL -- Saturday afternoon, June 19, 2010, I was in the garden preparing some metalwork for painting and looked to see if it wasgoing to rain. I caught a glimpse of something flying high up in the clouds, moving in and out of the clouds. I used my digital camera on full

zoom to see if I could see anything. We have many Peregrine Falcons around so it was a perfect chance to catch one in flight. I sawsomething on the led screen on full optical zoom of my Kodak MD41 and took the picture. I went inside to view the picture, of a metallic
