1. They make verbal threats.2. Harassment.3. Intimidation.4. Flat tires or damaged vehicles.5. Corrupt, threatening or disturbing emails.6. Documenting others activities.7. “Victimized” mentality.8. Listen for possible shooters talking beforehand
