This section contains a transcript of the private testimony given at the EIS Public Hearings held on February 22-24, 2005. As noted in Section U.1, opportunity to provide testimony was available in two forums at the public hearings: (1) testimony could be given in front of the hearing officer, a court reporter, and the public audience, and (2) testimony could be given directly to a court reporter in a private setting, provided at the hearing in a separate area. This section of the appendix provides the testimony and the FAA responses to the testimony for the aforementioned forum 2. These comment documents were responded to individually by directing commenters to appropriate topical responses that can be found in Section U.5 of this appendix.
