Corporate User Portal User Manual
Purpose
The intended purpose of this document is to define the functionalities of the user
portal for Equitas corporate internet banking application. This document will be the
guideline for the usage of the application.
Scope
The document covers the modules available under the Equitas Corporate Internet
Banking’s User Portal. The document gives a brief overview on the user guidelines
for proper functioning of the same.
Prerequisites
The Operations User needs a Set of valid Login Id and Access credentials to gain
entry into the system. Html5 compliant browser and A working Internet connection,
with appropriate permissions to access the admin portal. In case of registration /
configuring of usage as per the requirement from Client in the predefined format.

All the screens given in the document are for illustration purpose only and actual
screen and fields may vary depend on screen design and product as finalized by the
team.

1. Login
Gaining access to the user portal with the received credentials.
1. Enter Your User Id
2. Click NEXT to Proceed
Upon validating the user id, the user is navigated to the password screen.
1. Enter Your Password Id
2. Verify the secure access image / acknowledge the Terms & Conditions for usage
of this portal
3. Click NEXT to Proceed
Upon successful validation of the credentials, system proceeds to the landing page.

The complete list of accounts available under the UCIC.

All the accounts listed under the client are given with the following particulars

The Accounts can be searched with the search space provided, Search can be based on
account number or by type
Filter is available to display only the accounts based on preference

4. Account Details – Mini Statement
To view the last 10 transactions that have happened in the account

To view the last 10 transactions that have happened in the account

Select From date & To date or Select pre-set of last 1 month , 2 months or 3 months
Click View Statement to view the records

6. Deposits – Create New Deposit
To create a new deposit under the corporate client
Accounts Summary Deposits Deposit Summary Create New Deposit
Select From Account
Select the Type of deposit
Fixed Deposit
Recurring Deposit
Select Deposit Product based on your choice
Specify the amount in INR
Enter the tenure in case of applicable product types or in case of Recurring Deposit
Specify Maturity instructions as applicable
Click Create to proceed or cancel to cancel the current operation
The created deposit goes to the Authorization matrix and the deposit will be created
once the final leg is completed.

8. Deposits – Redeem Deposit
To redeem a deposit

To redeem a deposit, Select the Deposit number
Enter the amount you wish to redeem (as Applicable, else full amount needs to be
entered)
Select the credit account, the account to which the proceeds will be credited.
The redemption request goes to the Authorization matrix and the deposit will be
redeemed once the final leg is completed.

To View the details of the TDS deducted for the client

To apply for TDS Exemption for a deposit

To claim TDS exemption for a deposit, Select the Deposit number
Upload the necessary supporting documents
Equitas team will review the same and configure accordingly.

To update the Maturity Instructions for a deposit

To update the Maturity Instructions for a deposit, Select the Deposit number
Select Maturity Instructions
Auto Redemption – Select the Account number
Auto renewal – Select whether the renewal needs to be with Interest or
principal alone
The request goes to the Authorization matrix and the instruction will be updated once
the final leg is completed.

12. Transfers – Own Account Transfers
To transfer funds between the accounts coming under the client

Select From Account
Select to Account
Enter the Amount You wish to transfer
Enter Description for the transfer
Click Transfer to proceed or Cancel to cancel the current operation
The request goes to the Authorization matrix and the transfer will be completed once
the final leg is completed.
Please note no transaction limits are applicable for Own Account Transfers

To transfer funds between the accounts within the Bank

Select From Account
Select the Payee Name
Enter the Amount You wish to transfer
Enter Description for the transfer
In case Execution date is a future date , Priority A Unique Number starting from 1 needs
to be given for it.
Click Transfer to proceed or Cancel to cancel the current operation
The request goes to the Authorization matrix and the transfer will be completed once
the final leg is completed.
Please note that transaction limits are applicable as configured

14. Transfers – NEFT/RTGS/P2A Transfers
To transfer funds to Other Bank accounts

Select From Account
Select the Payee Name
Enter the Amount You wish to transfer
Enter Description for the transfer
Select Transaction Type .
NEFT
RTGS – Minimum Amount is ₹ 2,00,000
IMPS P2A
Click Transfer to proceed or Cancel to cancel the current operation
The request goes to the Authorization matrix and the transfer will be completed once
the final leg is completed.
Please note that transaction limits are applicable as configured

15. Query MMID
To find out the MMID associated with the account which can be used for P2M or P2P
transfers of IMPS

Click Send Email , if you need to share it with someone

To Add Beneficiaries

Enter Payee Nickname
Enter Payee Account Number
Re-Enter Payee Account Number
Click Add Payee to proceed or Cancel to cancel the current operation
The request goes to the Authorization matrix and the beneficiary will be added once the
final leg is completed.

20. Transfers – Bulk Upload
To transfer funds to Other Bank or to pay salary accounts using Bulk upload

Select the Transaction Type if NEFT
Single Debit – Only one consolidate entry appears in Account Statement
Multi Debit – Multiple entries appear in Account Statement
Enter Total Amount
Enter no. of records in the file
Browse and select the file or Drag and drop it.
Accept the terms & conditions
Click Upload to proceed or Cancel to cancel the current operation
The request goes to the Authorization matrix and the transfer will be completed once
the final leg is completed.

21. Settings – Password reset
To change the user’s login password
Settings Password Reset
Enter Old Password
Enter New Password. New passwords cannot be the same as old password
Re-Enter New Password
New password must abide by the same password parameters like Number of Upper
case letters , Lower case letters , numbers & Special Characters with specified length.
Click Submit to change the password

To change the user’s Security questions

To reset your password online
Login Forgot Password ?
Enter your User id and then click Forgot Password?
Answer Your Security questions
Click Submit to proceed
Enter New Password
Re-enter New Password

Enter OTP sent to registered mobile number.
Validate to reset the passwords immediately
