1 . I n t r o d u c t i o n

Our vision is to create a synergy between inexperienced investors in the field of cryptocurrencies

and already experienced, successful traders worldwide.

For that purpose we built the Social Trading Platform Tycoon. You might wonder why is this

platform so special and highly desired from our exponentially fast growing follower base?

The answer is simple: If you are experienced in the crypto market you will agree that trading of

cryptocurrencies is a more challenging task than trading stocks or traditional currencies because

of the higher volatility and the still ongoing adoption of this new market. Even in traditional

markets, there are slightly less than 10% of traders who beat the market in the long term.

While the cryptocurrency market offers an easy entry for less-experienced traders, there are

significantly more pitfalls to consider compared to trading in traditional markets. Therefore more

people lose money in the crypto market than the ones who make money. They are most likely in

the single digits.

There are more than 6,000 different cryptocurrencies that can be traded on over 22,000

exchanges with a total market capitalization of approximately 250 billion USD (as of May 2020).

How can an inexperienced trader succeed? It’s more like playing Roulette.

In order to provide all participants with a positive experience in this still extremely volatile

market, we have developed a unique social trading platform. The catalog of requirements was

defined by professional traders and inexperienced investors, among others and implemented

in cooperation with experienced developers which are established in the cryptocurrency space.

Tycoon is the first social trading platform in the cryptocurrency market which utilizes the

already existing liquidity of the largest available exchanges.

Our project is radically different from other crypto projects that offer a whitepaper, outline their

vision and team and start from zero and hope they will ever get there.

Most projects never make it or need too much time and the hype is gone. There are very few

crypto projects with a working product and many projects are simply fraudulent with no other

vision than to collect funds and then disappear. They never intended to build anything.

How is Tycoon different? The founders have spent their own savings to build the platform

which took almost 2 years. How many projects have a finished product before the crowdsale

starts? Tycoon is different our values are teamplay, honesty and fairness.

Approximately 99% of projects extract value from the market, 1% add value to the market.

We are convinced that Tycoon is part of the 1% and if you read further you will agree.

On the following pages, we describe our approach to achieve our goals, as well as define each

individual function of our platform in more detail.

1 . I n t r o d u c t i o n

A unique social trading

platform

In times of negative interest rates, profitable investment opportunities are in higher demand

than ever. Classically, there have only been a handful of alternatives such as stocks, funds or real

estate. Meanwhile, the additional possibility of investing in cryptocurrencies has arisen. Unlike

the stock market, the cryptocurrency market is not saturated yet, which in principle ensures a

greater chance of good returns. Many large investors dominate the market, largely controlling

the events that surround it, thus making it very difficult - if not impossible - for beginners to make

an entrance. Another advantage of cryptocurrencies, compared to many traditional forms of

investment, is the lack of capital commitment.

A platform that draws on the expertise of

experienced, successful traders and specializes

in cryptocurrency trading does not exist, so far.

Similar platforms force consumers to trust the operators

by transferring their capital to the operators or their platform. Thereupon,

consumers partially lose control over their invested capital. Tycoon, on the other hand, is

completely self-reliant thanks to the fact that the consumer‘s capital always remains in their own

possession - every user always stays in complete control.

In order to invest successfully, a number of hurdles must first be overcome. The initial entry

into the subject matter is difficult for most people since cryptocurrencies are relatively young

and the underlying technology is new and somewhat complicated. The definitions of traditional

currencies cannot be applied to cryptocurrencies one-to-one in the way they previously applied.

This knowledge and the demarcation from traditional views must first be established.

Furthermore, there are various options to access cryptocurrencies from which the appropriate

one must be chosen.

Once this first challenge has been overcome, the real work begins: the act of trading.

Professional traders take advantage of chart- and market sentiment analysis which they study

over a period of time and use these to further define whether it makes sense to buy or sell an

investment. The process of analysis requires several hours a day and must be regularly reviewed

and adjusted. In addition, professional traders can benefit from years of experience with financial

products and thus avoid being guided by their emotions, but exclusively by well-founded

knowledge and facts instead.

Tycoon allows anyone to access this knowledge and experience, in order to maximize potential

profit while simultaneously minimizing the risk.

With the help of Tycoon, any inexperienced investor can delegate these challenges to an

expert. A mere single login on the platform opens the door to the world of blockchain

technology and cryptocurrency trading to any person.

The potential investor can use his free demo account immediately upon the first login to

explore the platform, gain initial experience in the crypto-market and select his preferred

traders. If necessary, the user receives all the required instructions via the platform, such as

for example “how to create a wallet on an exchange”.

A simple registration on Tycoon allows investors easy access to experienced traders

worldwide. Unlike other solutions on the market, Tycoon only publicizes strategies, which

were actually implemented by the respective trader on their own portfolio. The platform

captures and processes all trades in real-time. These features ensure that Tycoon

offers followers maximum transparency, considering past trading results. The result is a

bulletproof basis for successful cryptocurrency trading.

To emphasize the most significant features of the platform, this chapter will illustrate the

advantages offered to each user.

4.1 User There are several user types on the platform:

The Follower, the Trader and the Demo User. Each of the different user types is briefly

defined below.

4.1.1 Follower Followers are investors who either lack the time to engage in complex market studies

or who are new to trading. The goal of the followers is to invest in cryptocurrencies as

successfully as possible with little effort. Followers log in to the platform, in order to find

suitable traders based on their preferences and strategies and copy them. Principally, the

follower tracks a trader for one week.

4.1.2 Trader Traders are defined as experienced investors and traders in financial markets. Their

objective on Tycoon is to maximize their profits, build a large group of followers and thus

maximizing the profits of the whole community. These objectives are achieved through

successful trades and informative feeds.

4.1.3 Demo user Demo users are essential followers, except with no real capital. They act like followers but

have no influence on the balance sheet of the traders they follow. This free demo mode is

intended to help understanding the platform’s structure and operating principle, and is a

setting that can be freely activated or deactivated at any time.

4.2 Follower benefits 4.2.1 Best support in the selection of traders In order for followers to obtain an overview of the traders more quickly, traders are

classified into specific categories. The classification of the aforementioned categories and

their characteristics are explained in more detail in chapter 4.4.

All other data such as profits, number of trades per week, number of posts and number of

followers are presented in an easy to read manner. This makes it easier for the follower to

search and select his favorites out of all traders through the filter function. It will also be

possible to search for specific traders through our search tab.

4.2.2 Flexibility in following Once a follower has selected the right trader(s) for him, he can follow them with a few

simple clicks. Principally, the follower tracks a trader for one week. If he is satisfied and does

not unsubscribe from the trader, the subscription is automatically extended by another

week. If the follower is dissatisfied with the results, he may discontinue following at any time.

4.2.3 Stop-loss featureThe stop-loss feature represents another safeguard. This function aborts following a trader

as soon as the allocated capital falls below a value configured by the follower individually for

every trader. The algorithm calculates the total value of allocated capital, including all open

trades. If this value falls below the set stop-loss target, all open orders are cancelled and the

follower’s entire trading volume is exchanged back into the base currency.



4.3 Trader benefits

4.3.1 Best support in positioning on Tycoon The trader’s profile consists of two parts. All relevant data will be gathered in real-time from

the trader and visualized for potential followers automatically in form of charts, numbers

and averages in different time periods. In addition, the feeds, which are either public or only

visible to followers, can be rated by means of likes. The trader receives detailed statistics on

his trades and feeds. Some of these statistics are public and can be viewed by followers and

shared on social media platforms.

4.3.2 Low administrative burdenTycoon enables the trader to generate additional capital from his know-how without any

extra effort. Without Tycoon, the trader would have to engage in time-consuming client

acquisition, maintain customer records, portfolios and returns. Tycoon eliminates all the

administrative work for the trader, allowing him to more effectively and efficiently focus on

his main activity: trading.

4.3.3 Additional source of incomeEvery trader strives to optimally manage and increase his own portfolio. Using Tycoon does

not change this objective. Once the trader is connected to the platform, followers can follow

him and replicate his trades. The more successful the trader is in analyzing the market,

the higher his own profits, and thus those of his followers. Consequently, the profit share

the trader receives for his service inevitably increases. A high level of commitment and

consistently positive statistics allow any trader to rise in level, rank higher in the leaderboard

and further increase his profit share.


4.4 Traders´ ranking system The traders are classified into one of 6 levels. Starting at level 0, a trader can work his way

up to level 5. Among other things, the classification algorithm takes the traders experience,

their number of followers, their growth rate, own trading balance and total trading balance

into account.

To provide a balanced risk to reward ratio, Tycoon introduces maximum individual Following

limits. This limit defines the maximum capital which can be dedicated to a trader as a

following in relation to his own assets. The number of followers needed for a certain level

will be calculated in relation to the total number of followers on the platform. If the trader

does not fulfill the requirements to hold their level for a certain amount of time, it will also

be possible to be classified lower.

4.5 Connecting the users

4.5.1 API key API stands for Application Programming Interface and is an interface between two different

services (e.g. Facebook and Game Apps). If data or content needs to be exchanged between

two services, these API keys can be used.

Using this protocol, Tycoon can read the balance as well as the orders placed by the trader

and forward them, through our unique and own developed technology to the portfolios

of the followers without requiring actual access to the users‘ assets. At no time does the

platform or the trader have the ability to transfer assets of users to a foreign wallet.

4.5.2 Data privacy protectionThe demo mode can be used by anyone without KYC verification. KYC (Know your customer)

refers to the verification of the personal data of new customers. It serves to prevent money

laundering and contributes to the security and reliability of the platform.

Every user appears on the platform with an alias. Traders never receive access to any

personal data of their followers. Traders will merely be recognizable on the platform with

their identification numbers and key figures, in order to allow followers to make selections.

The ability to contact followers is not planned. Traders can post content to their newsfeed,

which can be viewed by followers as well as other traders. A commenting feature is not

provided. Followers and traders can rate contributions at will.



4.6.1 Connection feesTo prevent unnecessary traffic through following and unfollowing in short periods of time

and thus slowing down or affecting the platforms performance, Tycoon introduces a minor

connection fee to connect to any trader.

The connection fee is defined as follows:

• If the volume allocated to the trader is less than $5,000, the follower pays a fee of

$5 and follows the trader for one week.

• If the volume assigned to the trader exceeds $5,000, the follower pays a fee of 0.1%

of the allocated volume and follows the trader for one week.

The follower receives a 25% discount on this fee when using the Tycoon Token.

4.6.2 Profit shareThe profit share for the followers is only accrued in cases in which profit was generated

through following a trader on Tycoon and will cover approximately 30% of the gained profits.

Tycoon will use this income for the maintenance, operation and further development of the

platform as well as for incentivizing traders to deliver their best service constantly.

4.6 Fees



4.6.3 Payment process The fees paid by followers are recorded daily but only will be charged at the end of each

week to be able to provide a high watermark during the following period. On every Sunday,

all pending fees will be settled. Compared to daily billing, the weekly payment process

increases the stability of the platform and furthermore prevents unnecessary, complex

processes.

All payments on Tycoon will be handled through the internal Tycoon wallet which supports

the Tycoon Token, Bitcoin and Ethereum. This wallet will be generated automatically for

every user upon the first deposit. During an active following Tycoon will reserve the needed

funds in real-time in the users wallet. The fees will only be deducted when the following

period is completed and the follower ends up with realised profits. This ensures a smooth

and seamless experience for all users.

4.7 Revenue modelThe connection fees flow to Tycoon in their entirety, as the amount is independent of the

trader‘s performance. This fee serves to cover partly the fixed costs and thus enables a

permanent and safe operation of the platform.

Depending on the traders Level and experience he/she receives a compensation between

10% to 12% of the generated profits. Depending on the payment method, Tycoon will

receive a profit share between 12.5% to 20%. Due to the increasing demand for Tycoon

Tokens, the discount will be compensated in the long term and rewarded through an

increase in token value.



4.8 UI/UX

4.9 Market manipulation Tycoon is using several self-developed algorithms to effectively prevent market manipulation

before it happens. In addition to that, these algorithms can detect and sort out traders who

try to abuse the platform by targeting to manipulate the market.

4.10 Additional notice Not every single feature described in the whitepaper will be fully available in the first stage

of the platform release. Functions will be added to the main platform as soon as they are

ready for public usage. The Tycoon platform will be updated constantly to serve the best

possible experience at any time.

5 . T y c o o n T o k e n ( T Y C )

5.1 DistributionThe Tycoon Token (TYC) is limited to a maximum supply of 140 million TYC and is an Ethereum

based ERC-20 token. This supply limitation is implemented into the smart contract 1 and cannot

be changed or manipulated by Tycoon or any third party.

Tycoon has implemented a minting functionality into the smart contract of the Tycoon Token.

This addition to our smart contract delivers the advantage that unsold Tycoon tokens do not

have to be burned or destroyed after the sales phase.

Instead, we are looking for opportunities to reward our community by providing them economic

incentives. Our main goal is to create long-term user loyalty. Team, Advisor, Partnership, Bounty

and Airdrop tokens will be pre-minted during the deployment of the smart contract to the

Ethereum Blockchain. The sold tokens will be minted accordingly after the different sale phases

and distributed to the investors via the final Tycoon platform.

60% of the total tokens allocated to the sale can be subdivided into private sale and

crowdsale. Participation in the private sale requires a minimum purchase of tokens worth

$1,000. Upon conclusion of the private sale, the crowdsale commences. The price per token

for the private sale is $0.07 and $0.10 for the crowdsale.

5.2 Token sale

5.2.1 Successful private sale participationInvestors who have made an investment within the phase of the private sale, go through the KYC

(know your customer) process. After successful registration, the investor receives access to his token

on the Tycoon platform.

5.2.2 Successful crowdsale participationInvestors who have made an investment within the phase of the crowdsale, go through the KYC

(Know Your Customer) process. After successful registration, the investor receives access to his

token on the Tycoon platform.

5.2.3 Information on the distribution and full access to the token The tokens are distributed after the Tycoon platform has come into operation. Accounts

that were created during the phase of sale will be automatically transferred to the Tycoon

platform. After successful registration, the investor will receive the appropriate amount into

his dashboard. For withdrawing the token, the KYC process must be successfully completed.

Furthermore, the token must be tradeable on an exchange and not blocked due to the

vesting plan (compare chapter 5.4).

The blocking does not apply if the token is used on the Tycoon platform for payment of fees

(compare chapter 5.4.5).



5.4 TYC Vesting plan

5.4.2 CrowdsalePurchases made during the crowdsale are directly available after the completion of the tokensale.

The tokens will remain locked until the exchange listing, but can already be used on the platform.

5.4.3 Team and advisorsTeam and advisor tokens will be made available periodically within 15 months of exchange listing.

After the listing, 20% becomes available every 3 months.

5.4.4 Bounty/AirdropBounty and Airdrop tokens are available 6 months after exchange listing.

5.4.5 Unique advantage Despite active blocking, the tokens can be used to pay for occuring fees on the Tycoon

platform. Using the Tycoon Token can lead to considerable cost advantages. A withdrawal

of the token is not possible during the blocking period.

Serdar Bisi, our founder and CEO, is a professional forex and crypto trader since

2012. He is responsible for product- and business design as well as managing

the overall operations and resources of Tycoon. His seven years of international

business management knowledge includes business development, enterprise

architecture, payment gateways, exchange trading and the underlying technology.

Hakan Turgut is a crypto-entrepreneur, professional trading specialist, Founder,

Investor and Advisor. Hakan has been trading in Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies

since 2013. Due to his crypto knowledge in the blockchain sector, he has often

been invited as a speaker in the field of leadership management & crypto-trading.

He founded the Tycoon startup, together with Serdar, in the beginning of 2018.
