FLEXIBILITY
The ability of the body to move joints through a full range of motion.
Cardiovascular Fitness
Ability of heart, blood vessels, and respiratory
system to supply oxygen and fuel to muscles
as work is performed over a sustained period
of time.
Sustained aerobic exercise (20-90 min)
Muscular Strength &Endurance
Strength — ability of a muscle group to apply
maximal force against a resistance one time
Endurance — ability to repeat musclemovements for a long period of time
