Shape Up NYC: Core Fusion Tuesdays | 6:30PM - 7:30PM This workout will combine cardio, strength and sculpng moves while strengthening your core! There is a lile some- thing for everyone, followed by a relaxing yoga infused stretch. This instructor is a part of the Fitness Instructor Training Pro- gram. NEW: Shape Up NYC: Zumba Tuesdays | 7:30PM - 8:30PM Zumba uses Lan rhythms & easy to follow moves to create a fitness program with a party-like atmosphere that will blow you away. Yoga For All Thursdays | 6:30PM - 7:30PM Learn to culvate strength, flexibility and relaxaon as a way to reduce your stress and promote mindfulness in your everyday life.
