RO-RO Twistlock Type WCI 1075.This swingdown twistlock is suitable for most Roll-on Roll-off applications. Its rugged design ensures long life and serviceability.

Load container onto vehicle.4. Fully raise head and turn handle 90o to the left until index is engaged5. Tighten handnut.6. Lower pin between handnut spokes (WCI 148/RS3 only).
To Unlock1. Lift pin clear of handnut spokes (WCI 148 RS3 only).2. Fully unscrew handnut.3. Raise head, turn handle 180o to the right until index is engaged.4. Turn handle back through 90o until index is engaged and handle is facing outwards.5. Head will now retract.6. Remove container from vehicle.7. Turn handle 90o to left.8. Tighten up handnut.

The steel shall be of the kind which, with Charpy Vee Notch Tests taken upon separately prepared test bars, gives minimum impact figures of 20.3 Joules at minimum of minus 40°c. If the Corner Castings are intended for service at temperatures below minus 40°c, impact tests shall be carried out in accordance with the inspection authority. In such cases the service temperature is to be specified on the purchase order for Corner fittings.
Der Stahl muss derart beschaffen sein, dass er, bei Charpy Scharfkerbprüfungen, die auf separat bereiteten Prüfungsstangen vorgenommen werden, eine Stossfestigkeit mit einem Minimum von 20,3 in Jouleschen Ziffern aufweist und dies bei einer Minimumtemperatur von minus 40° Celcius. Sollten die Eck-guss-stücke für Dienstleistung bei Temperaturen unter minus 40° Celsius in Betracht gezogen werden, so müssen die Stossfestigkeits-prüfungen im Einklang mit der Aufsichtsbehorde ausgefOhrt werden. In solchen Fällen muss die Leistungs-temperatur im Kaufauftrag für die Eckverbundstücke genau spezifiziert werden.
