Swan River Sailing’s corporate sailing charters are the perfect option for your next event. This unique activity will leave a lasting impression on your guests as they sail our fleet of 36 foot yachts on the iconic Swan River.

No Sailing Experience Required! Anyone can participate and your guests have the option to do as little or as much as they like whilst out on the water.

Swan River Sailing offer Twilight Sailing programs or certain evenings in October through to March each year, with these dates being set by the Royal Perth & Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Clubs. These evenings provide corporate guests and their clients an opportunity to participate in the Member’s Twilight Race with many other boats out on the river, a big communal friendly race to join in and some member-priced hospitality ashore.

$990 per yacht Each yacht is licensed to hold up to 11 guests, has an experienced instructor and an icebox of cold water and soft drinks onboard.

Onshore Hospitality:Groupsof1-50 • $28pp Twilight Vouchers Guests are able to pick anything from the offerings available that evening - it changes from week to week, will mostly be held upstairs in the Wardroom this season due to pending renovations outdoors.

Groups of 50+ • Function Catering from $40pp Groups over 50 guests in size will need to arrange a private function for their onshore hospitality. Barbecues start from $40pp and can all be booked through Swan River Sailing.

If you like the idea of an evening cruise, but Wednesdays or Thursdays don’t work for you, we can run a

Casual Cruise on any day and time of the week!

The difference is that there is no member’s race to take part in (and less yachts on the river) and no member’s priced

twilight hospitality ashore. All other costs remain the same;

Groupsof21+ • Function Catering from $42pp Groups over 20 guests in size will need to arrange a private function for their onshore hospitality. Barbecues start from $42pp and can all be booked through Swan River Sailing.
