A dinner provided by the community to ensure fellowship
at a time of joy, peace and love for all

History of the Community Christmas Day Dinner Over twenty eight years ago Vincent Gazzetta, along with his wife
Sally and several members of the First United Methodist Church,
identified that Christmas Day can be a time of feeling alone for many
people in our community. His vision was that of a community com-
ing together for a meal and fellowship on this day to share joy and
peace on earth. Vince’s compassion and community involvement
led him to organize the first Community Christmas Day Dinner.
Vince contacted churches in the community and the Town of Bethle-
hem Senior Services Department for support. From the beginning,
members of the churches listed in this brochure and the Town of
Bethlehem Senior Services staff have participated in the preparations
