(Webb & Ray,
1979; Burke & Srull, 1988; Ha, 1996).
(Balasubramanian,
(Balasubramanian
(Barry 1987; Colley, 1961; Lavidge & Steiner,
Bertrand, Karlan, Mullainathan, Shafir & Zinman(2010)
Avery & Ferraro(2000), Deighton, Romer & McQueen(1989), DeLorme & Reid(1999), Karrh, McKee &
Pardun(2003), Krugman(1965), MacInnis & Jaworski(1989), Nelson(2002), Russell(1998), Russell(2002), Sabherwal, Pokrywczynski & Griffin(1994), Shapiro, MacInnis & Heckler(1997), Zillmann(1999)와 같은 연구들이다.
Gupta & Gould(1997: 45)의 태도척도(“I buy brands I see movie stars holding or using in movies”)와 자기보고 사용, 탐색, 시용 행동(usage, search, and trial-related behaviors)을 사용한 Morton & Friedman(2002)의 태도척도가 대표적인 예
