1 General Information
For optimization and PAT use CNT1-C 5.94 for test and CNA1-C 7.2 for analysis.
1.1 Purpose
This document is intended as an RF Acceptance test for SmartFren Telecom CDMA 1x network. It
is developed based on PT. SmartFren Telecom requirements and ZTE - SmartFren agreements.
1.2Test Method

2 Drive Test 1x PAT Procedures
2.1 Call Setup Success Rate (CSSR Voice)
a) Start the ZXPOS test software CNT1 and ensure that the program is communicating with thephone.
b) Setup the ZXPOS test software CNT1 as Periodic EVRC Call Origination with the following
parameters:
o Choose EVRCas the Service option, and Originationas the call patterno Select Call Count in Plan Setting tab: 999999o Call Time: 40 seconds.o Idle Timer: 10 seconds.o Call Setup Timer: 15 seconds.
c) Start logging.
d) Start the call in call monitor.
e) When the call-monitor program finishes DT route, stop logging.
2.2 Call Drop Rate (CDR Voice)
Just use 3.1 Call Setup Success Rate (CSSR Voice) log file to make this KPI, so no need to test this
item.
2.3 Call Setup Time Origination

2.4 Call Setup Time Termination
a) Start the ZXPOS test software CNT1 and ensure that the program is communicating with the
phone.
b) Set up the ZXPOS test software CNT1 as Periodic EVRC Call Terminationwith the followingparameters:
o Choose EVRCas the Service option, and Terminationas the call patterno Select Call Count in Plan Setting tab: 999999o Call Time: 40 seconds.o Tear Down Time: 10 seconds
c) Start logging.
d) Start the call in call monitor.
e) When the call-monitor program finishes DT route, stop logging.
2.5 Soft Handoff Success Rate (SHOSR)
a) Start the ZXPOS test software CNT1 and ensure that the program is communicating with the
phone.
b) Set up the ZXPOS test software CNT1as Continuous EVRC Callwith the following parameters:
o Choose EVRCas the Service option, and Terminationas the call patterno Select Redial If Dropand Continuous Callin Plan Setting tab,o Idle Timer: 10 seconds.o Call Setup Timer: 15 seconds.

2.6 Forward Frame Erasure Rate (FFER)
Just use 3.5 Soft Handoff Success Rate (SHOSR)log file to make this KPI, so no need to test this
item use.
2.7 Reverse Frame Erasure Rate (RFER)
The RFER is taking from the Continuous EVRC Call test both for 800MHz and 1900MHz, the IMSInumber test should be input in the OMC. Detail setting for this test can be seen in the following attachment.
