• 9 in 10 people have no idea that they could be eligible for a charitable grant

• If faced with a sudden loss in income– Only 40% of people asked would seek to claim welfare benefits– Only 3% of people asked would seek help from a charitable source

• Last year we trained over 2,000 intermediaries to use Turn2us tools to help people in financial need maximise their income

• We helped 43,000 people in financial need last year to secure over £148 million in welfare benefits and charitable grants
