and peer to peer mental health services and support. Turn2me brings

technology and psychology together in the delivery of highly innovative

and accessible online mental health and wellbeing services.

Our services have been evolving over the last 7 years to become multiple

award winning and highly recognised and acclaimed for our approach

and professionalism.

Turn2me facilitates anonymous peer support and provides online

professional therapeutic treatment programmes. Our platform helps

us identify people who may benefit from further help based on inputs,

behaviours and assessments.

Employee Assistance ProgrammeEAP is a program designed to provide highly accessible, affordable and professional clinical and wellbeing services to employees. • Assist employers in addressing productivity issues; and• Identify and resolve employees’ personal concerns, including health, marital, family, financial, alcohol, drug, legal, emotional, stress, or other personal issues that may affect job performance.

Through the provision of a dedicated company code, Turn2me can provide mental health support directly to employees ensuring confidentiality, and delivered by mental health professionals based offsite to the company.

Service OfferingsOnline Counselling: Turn2me has experienced, compassionate therapists skilled at helping to resolve personal and or work related issues in a confidential and caring online environment.

We have offered over 3000 hours of online counselling and 65% of survey respondents find our counselling very helpful, with another 14% finding it helpful. That is almost 80% satisfaction level

Sessions are delivered online, there is no need for clients to travel to appointments, access to pc, laptop, tablet or mobile in a private area is all that is required.

Online Support Groups: Turn2me provides confidential and caring online support groups facilitated by skilled mental health professionals.

Mood Skills: This is our innovative e-learning course on managing depression and mood management. The course offers 10 modules for users to self learn but also attend a weekly specialised support group to discuss that week and the programme overall. Our results here have been incredibly successful.

Workshops: Mental health awareness

Information Days: Mental health awareness and available services for employees.

Packages Available:• On demand and pay as you go, affordable and transparent. • €70 per session and we recommend 6 sessions per employee availing of the service.• Pay no retainer and only for each employee availing of the programme. • Anonymous but accountable monthly billing. • Workshops and training tailored to your needs. These can be priced on demand.

How does our EAP work?And more about online counselling, we offer 3 ways to communicate

Secure Online ChatA link is provided to clients to insert in their browser to access the Chat Room at the time of scheduled sessions. A chat room is a web page with a window that shows the conversation between client and counsellor.

VideoVideo sessions are the closest to face-to-face counselling that we offer. Sessions take place in real-time via video link.

Like face-to-face counselling, chat and video sessions are 50 minutes in length. Online sessions take place on a weekly, recurring basis.

Therapeutic emailThis form of online counselling is conducted by secure email. Therapeutic email exchanges take place between client and therapist. One substantial email exchange or three smaller exchanges can be made on a weekly basis.
