Canterbury Archaeological Trust Investigation of the site lasting 20 weeks 40 archaeologists currently on site Features/findings range from the Iron Age and Roman periods Artefacts include fire pits, ditches and structures

Traffic Management and SecurityA dedicated logistics manager for the project will be employed who will control the scheduling of deliveries and the movement of vehicles in and out of the site. In addition, we will employ site security guards along with CCTV monitoring ParkingParking for contractors vehicles will be located on site and will be enforced by Brookfield Multiplex

24/7 HelplineA helpline will be setup for the project to enable local residents and stakeholders to contact Brookfield Multiplex directly in relation to the project. Calls to the helpline will be recorded with the follow up actions published and made available in residents newsletters

Project Stakeholder MeetingsFor the duration of the project, monthly meetings will be held to engage with the project stakeholders to keep them informed of the works planned and any changes to our operations which may affect them

Project Newsletters To engage with a wider audience, and those who may be unable to attend the meetings, we will publish and distribute a quarterly newsletter to outline progress, and provide a look-ahead to the next three months of planned work
