Operations
1. Transport or drive the machine on site,2. Prepare the machine for working,3. Prepare a survey total station,4. Launch the software sequence for drilling,5. Follow Software instructions,6. • The Delta Drilling Machine is a compact machine,• The machine dispose of Rail/Road wheels,• An industrial robotic arm assume the drilling position,
Positioning

• Use standard survey total station (for example : Leica TS15 with Bluetooth communication),• One reference prism is positioned on the machine,• The Software measure and calculate the position of the machine and choice :
• To move the machine to the drilling zone,• Or to Prepare for the drilling sequence,
• Another prism is positioned on the other side of the machine for assume both working direction,

• Use 2 rotated laser to scan the tunnel surface (spacing around 1 meter),• The Software generate two circles passing throw all best fit points and create a cylinder between
these two circles,• The coordinates of the holes are projected on this surface to assumes
• The real position of each hole (bracket),• The spacing of each bracket,• A real depth of 150 mm,
• A dedicated CAM Software calculates the trajectory and drilling sequence (scripted automatically with the Drilling machine Software) to assumes:
• the good positions, • secure the movement of the drill bit,• The specificity of drilling concrete sequence to preserve the drill bit and concrete, especially
during stages of starting and finish a hole,

• Use commercial Drilling tool with standard bit drill adapted to C50/C60 concrete,
• A CNC equipment assumes and control the axis movement and drilling sequence,
• This kind of system assumes all safety controls,Dust management
A vacuum system is also installed on the machine for dust management and a box with filter is storing the dust. An additional system with a compressor for pulse air into each hole is also provide to be sure it was totally clean,
