Respondents  most  frequently  report  that  they  believe  an  integrated  messaging  soluFon  would  result  in  more  efficient  and  effecFve  communicaFon  at  their  company.  

Workers  lack  incenFves  to  adopt  corporate  collaboraFon  tools.  In  their  personal  lives,  there  is  a  powerful  incen've  to  adopt,  say,  Facebook  —  your  other  friends  are  all  on  Facebook!  But  in  the  workplace,  “efficiency”  and  “project  tracking”  are  not  such  powerful  incenFves  for  most  people.
