Pemisahan MX dari campuran Xylene

Kesimpulannanocrystalline zeolite Na-Y was stronger than microcrystalline zeolite Na-Y in adsorption process.All isotherms of each isomer of xylene and toluene as a desorbent showed the typical Langmuir type of adsorption.It was observed that selectivity of meta-xylene was increased with decreasing the particle size of crystalline zeolite Y from micro to nano-scale. The selectivity factor of MX/PX, MX/OX and MX/EB was obtained to be 2.62, 2.83 and 5.93 using microcrystalline zeolite Na-Y and 2.90, 3.16 and 6.88 for nanocrystalline zeolite Na-Y, respectively.
