We wrote a little closed-captioning “Time Stamper” Java program Takes text transcript and creates time stamped

cc input file (*.txt format) Enter the starting and ending times of the

What we’d like to see change

Moving the closed-captioning under the Instructional Video Mobile users can see closed captions Bigger space more text = higher

level of accuracy! Additional Contents:

Copied at the same time when a user copy a course: in compliance with sections 508 (actual script is included)
