Leave music and sound effects on and keep the volume high. Don’t like noise? Don’t wear headphones. Mrs. Bergeson’s school rule.
*Type to Learn expects you to finish a lesson or activity, not quit in the middle. If you click on the exit door before you finish, TTL does not save your work. To not lose your work, you must finish the lesson or activity. When you finish the lesson, tap the spacebar until it returns you to main menu. If you pass your lesson because you met your goal, a certificate appears on your screen. You can’t print it, but click ok.
Mrs. Bergeson not likely to add “New Training.” If you finish the TTL4 program, you are invited to create new training.
Mrs. Bergeson does not let any student take Final Challenge then move to next lesson if they pass. As the school year progresses, she may activate this for 5th graders.
Students may print their certificate. Ask for assistance if you need it.
Teacher can view student’s original writing passages in response to the writing prompts in lesson 34 and also the Message Master activity (lessons 23-33).
Our school does not use this. It is a good rubric to assess yourself.
