Login ScreenLog on to the portal by the link- http://bit.ly/pcnrem or http://103.14.97.169/Power/ using the credentials

Users can recover the old password on registered mail, in case they forget

Users can reset their password by entering their registered e-mail id, old password & new password

Total pending tasks based on the Ministry and Priority in tabular and graphical representation

Name of the Ministry & Task counts of Ministry and Priority are clickable.

Ticker displays the latest completed tasks

How to Add New TaskClick on the ‘Task Definition’ tab, fill all the necessary details in the fields and then click ‘Submit’ tab.

A message as ‘Data saved successfully’ would be displayed and the Task will be added.

‘Task Coordinator’ can add ‘Officer Responsible’ who will be involved in the implementation of the task and can enter additional comments

Things to know while Adding New Task

1. A User can select Names from ‘Officer Responsible’ field just by typing few initials of the Name/Designation and accordingly assign the task to the concerned officer.

2. Priority of tasks - ‘Top’, ‘Medium’ & ‘High’, needs to be assigned to a task by choosing from the drop-down menu under ‘Priority’ field.

3. A File (image, pdf, etc. of Max. 5MB) can be uploaded in support of the task, if the same is desired, by clicking on ‘Choose Files’ and uploading the concerned file by clicking on ‘Submit’ tab.

4. There is a limit of 800 characters in the- ‘Action Taken/ Status (Coordinator)’ & ‘Additional Comments’ fields.

5. A task can be put under a Category by choosing from drop-down menu of ‘Category’ field.

How to Edit Tasks1. Click on ‘Task Definition’ tab. A list of all tasks would be displayed below. The task to be edited/ deleted can be chosen from the list OR the initials of the concerned task name can be put in ‘Issue, Action or Decision’ field and then the same can be found by clicking on ‘Search’ tab. 2. To edit a task, users can click on ‘Edit’ ( ) icon against the concerned task and put updates in ‘Action Taken/ Status’ or ‘Additional Comments’ fields, change ‘Deadline’ or ‘Priority’ etc., and then click ‘Submit’ tab to save changes made in the task.3. To delete a task, after searching the concerned task, users can click on ‘Delete’ ( ) icon against the concerned task being displayed in the column adjacent to ‘Edit’ icon.

How to Download Reports 1. Click on the ‘Report’ tab, search using criteria like ‘Ministry’ or ‘Priority’, ‘Task Coordinator’ etc., in fields shown in the image below and then click ‘Search’.

2. A User can search using multiple search criteria. For example, for choosing list of tasks of Ministry of Power with ‘High’ priority, choose ‘Power’ from the dropdown menu in ‘Ministry’ tab and ‘High’ in the dropdown menu of ‘Priority’ tab and click on ‘Search’.

3. Under ‘Status’ field, ’Pending’ would remain selected as a default option while downloading reports of pending tasks. In order to download report of Completed tasks, user need to select ‘Completed’ from the drop-down menu under ‘Status’ field and then click on ‘Search’.

How to Download Reports (Contd.)4. After clicking on ‘Search’, a list of tasks will be displayed on the screen along with two another tabs- ‘Export to Excel ’ and ‘PDF Report ’, as shown in the image below.

5. A User can choose to download the report, by clicking on ‘Export to Excel ’ or ‘PDF Report ’ based on his search criteria (Ministry, Task Coordinator, Officer Responsible, Priority, Status, etc.) in desired format -Excel or PDF.

Change PasswordTo Change Password, click on the ‘Change Password’ tab and give your new password in the fields as shown in the image below and click ‘Submit’.

1.Click on pending count of ministry• It will redirect to

next page having all the pending tasks of power

• Loads 10 batch of tasks

• To access all tasks click on view more

• Displays Task list with priority and Issue, Action or decision

• Priority column will have the 1st letter and color of priority

• Colour coding against a task gives its status as below-

• Frequency of update of each task and login by each user is tracked and weekly report given to respective Secretary

• Report is generated every Friday at 6 pm. You are requested to weekly update the tasks before the same

• Important Tasks having significant impact on organisational policy and decisions

• Tasks which are not of routine nature

• Tasks belonging to areas of concern as highlighted after review meetings

• Tasks with specific timeline for their completion

Suggestions• Users should regularly update their tasks

• Users should regularly check their ‘Notifications’ tab and emails for updates

• ‘Issue, Action or Decision’ field in the ‘Task Definition’ should bring clarity and specifically explain the Task

• ‘Action taken/ status’ field given in ‘Task Definition’ should be specific & to the point
