MAGNETOTHE PROMULGATION
The Ignited Minds and Ideas Magazine
WHY ‘MAGNETO’?
MAGNETO, as the oxford dictionary claims, is a small generator that uses a magnet to create electrical impulses. For now, the small generator is Mr. Kapil Malhotra; the magnet is the EEE certification programme and the electrical impulses are the ignited ideas from the minds that this movement ignited. This magazine is the promulgation, the official announcement of a new beginning.(Magneto is the first issue of the yet-to-come league of magazines covering the EEE certification programme.)

“The real challenge was to make the students believe that this programme was real. That the programme would definitely take them to the corporate world and give them an opportunity to work on a real time project.
It was essentially a 2-3 hour discussion we had with the students, where we started off with telling them what the EEE programme is going to be. We saw the students learning and understanding each word that we said and eventually we could see an evolution happening in their mind sets.”
– Mr. Kapil Malhotra.
EMPOWER
“In the second phase, ‘EMPOWER’, the students got an opportunity to interact with corporates. Each went to spend a day in their corporate offices and learnt how the corporate functions. It was a real time experience in terms of various operations. The students got an opportunity to visit, learn and imbibe. Within the ½ day visit they were told about the various departments and divisions, where they interact and basically the objective of the organization.
Here we ensured that both the stake holders, the students and the corporates felt empowered.”
-Mr. Kapil Malhotra
