Did you know?

Athletes will show up more, train harder, and get better if you give them something to train for.

New, average, and elite athletes want to participate in ongoing events.

Athletes want to represent their box with pride versus other local boxes.

Athletes want to participate in team-based events; it’s less intimidating and more fun to win as a team.

Athletes will show up more, get better, and be fired up to represent your box

community.

Purpose of Trodo Box LeagueTrodo Box League was created for all athletes. It’s all about community, getting

better together and training for something bigger than yourself.

As a Trodo Box, 100% of your box community has the chance to participate in

monthly Trodo Open team-based WODs at your box, and then every month top teams

move on to represent your box with pride at Trodo Games events versus other local boxes.

What it’s not It’s not something your box manages

It’s not a ‘one and done’ event

It’s not for elite athletes only

It’s about representing our ‘alma mater’

It’s an ongoing series of events

It’s for 100% of your community

It’s local and ranks your box against other boxes

It’s professionally run

What it is

Trodo Box League

1. Trodo Open – monthly 100% of your community is encouraged to participate in monthly team-based WODs at your box Four athletes per team Participation as a community matters Teams can change from month to month Programming is geared towards all athletes

2. Trodo Games – monthly Top Teams from your box can register for the monthly Trodo Games; $60 per athlete Teams from boxes in bracket come together for local box vs. box events There are ~30 team allocations and 10 lottery slots per bracket (12-20 boxes) Games events are team based, and there will be an individual WOD for one athlete from every team Events are held monthly to dig deeper into your box, to involve more of your community The purpose of the league is to give your entire community something to train for all year round --- don’t

worry about sending your absolute best/stacked team every month (that’s not the point!)

3. Annual Trodo Games – annual There will be an annual Trodo Games event bringing brackets together in the local area Team registration fees are TBD

5

It’s different than any other league or event. It’s for the entire box community, team-based

and ongoing. New, average and elite athletes from participating boxes have the chance to

represent their box / alma mater with pride against other local boxes, all year round.

Weight Standards

7

No really, Trodo is for all athletes; it's all about community and pushing to new limits…together.

C o m m u n i t y.

CAT 1~40% of athletes

CAT 2~40% of athletes

CAT 3~ 20% of athletes

Trodo's weight categories are designed to be more

attainable for a greater portion of your community (versus Rx

weight) to encourage all athletes to get involved regardless of skill level.

Weight standards are designed to encourage all athletes to get involved. Generally speaking, only 20% of athletes do the ’Rx' weight during WODs. Of course, Rx is great, and everyone should always aspire to do Rx, but we do weight standards a bit differently.
