Discover the Difference and the Dedicationat Trinity Family
Physicians
By Julie Kanehl
Where do you place your ownhealth when it comes to your
personalpriorities? Is it above choosing whereto eat for dinner?
Where to shop?Where to bank? If its not, it certainlyshould be. Not
to seem overly dra-matic, but at the end of the day, theres nothing
more important thanyour health, which is why you shouldchoose
doctors that will put yourhealth first. Trinity Family
Physicianstreats medicine differently; instead ofbeing a number or
a chart, youretreated like family.
Convenient to East Lake, TarponSprings, Palm Harbor, New
PortRichey, Odessa, Land O Lakes andmore, Trinity Family Physicians
is lo-cated at the corner of Trinity Boule-vard and Duck Slough
Boulevard, andoffers a personalized approach that isrefreshing in
our current healthcareenvironment. Taking the time neces-sary to
give each patient their bestcare, it is no surprise that the
doctorsand staff at Trinity Family Physicianshave earned the
respect and the busi-ness of so many patients in and aroundour
area. The Trinity Family Physi-cians arent just doctors, theyre
mydoctors. I count on them when I havea health concern, when I dont
feelwell, and when I need answers. Theyare there when I need them,
and Icount on them to help me get welland stay well.
Drs. Stephanie Eldridge, MD,MPH and Amir Shirmohammad, MD,MPH
are a husband and wife teamthat knows what its like to have abusy
family lifestyle. In fact, they have
two lovely daughters and another oneon the way! High school
sweethearts,Dr. Shirmo, as most patients callhim, and Dr. Eldridge
met when theywere just 17, and theyve been to-gether ever since.
Both of them gradu-ated Cum Laude from TulaneUniversity in New
Orleans where theymajored in Cell and Molecular Biol-ogy. They went
on to earn MastersDegrees in Public Health and Epi-demiology before
earning their Med-ical Degrees, staying at Tulane theentire time.
Serving Trinity and itssurrounding areas since 2007,
Dr.Shirmohammad and Dr. Eldridgehave already met their goal of
creatinga new kind of medical practice asTrinity Family Physicians
is one thatcertainly stands out from the restin its dedication,
commitment andfollow-through.
Taking Time With Patients isImportant!
Most of us do not enjoy going tothe doctor. We want it to be
quick andpainless. We want the drive-throughversion of anything
thats not pleasantthese days. However, if you go to adrive-through
service for healthcare, where the goal is to get as manypatients
rotated through the door aspossible, youre going to just be
anumber. Trinity Family Physicians isthe opposite of drive-through
care.Thats not to say that they arenttimely, or that they dont
value theirpatients time, because they do, buttheir commitment to
each patient issomething that has more value, andthats something Im
willing to waitfor. I know that when its my turn,
Im not going to be turned away whenI ask a question or voice a
concern.Im not going to be told to make an-other appointment. Each
time I see adoctor at Trinity Family Physicians, Ifeel that Im
being listened to, andthat my care is their utmost priority atthat
time.
One patient admits to drivingmore than an hour to get to
TrinityFamily Physicians, saying, I am will-ing to drive to see
them no matterwhere I move, and Im willing towait because its not
that often thatyou find a physician that offers thatkind of
care.
Dr. Shirmohammad says, Weoffer our full attention to each of
ourpatients, and we dont want to berushed. While we have a goal to
haveeach patient checked in and out withina certain amount of time,
our true in-vestment is in the time it takes for yourhealth to be
properly evaluated.
Another patient said, They arethe absolute best! My wife and I
wereboth looking for old fashioned doc-tors, the type we had when
we werekids that would take time with youand seemed truly concerned
for yourhealth. Drs. Shirmo and Eldridge wereexactly what we were
looking for. They have been nothing short offantastic in helping
both of us throughour health issues the last several years.
A Knowledgeable Staff Ready toAssist!
The Trinity Family Physicians staffis made up of a team of
professionalsthat assist Drs. Shirmohammad andEldridge. In fact,

Ms. Twister tailors your cleaningvisit to meet your needs and
expecta-tions. Sophia customizes a cleaningplan for every client.
Sophia says, Wedo everything from pantry organiza-tion and cleaning
out the refrigeratorto color coordinating your closet, ifthat is
what you need. I recently la-
beled and organized a clients closetwho is a professional
athlete. She has avery busy schedule and wears workoutclothes for
her job. I labeled every-thing in her closet, so she can wakeup,
easily find her yoga pants or shortsfor the morning and get on with
herday. She was so grateful for the help, which is what makes my job
so enjoy-able. Helping people simplify theirlives at home, so they
can focus ontheir health, family and work that iswhat this business
is all about.
Sophia and her team are morethan thorough when it comes
tocleaning. If a client is running out ofdog food, tooth paste,
needs a fewitems for the pantry, has a burned outlight bulb or a
tear in your screen, they will leave a welcome homenote, letting the
homeowner know ifanything seems amiss or in need of re-pair. Of
course, its super convenientthat Ms. Twister also has Team
Farrellto recommend if you do happen toneed any home repairs. This
way youonly need to deal with one person tocomplete any service in
your home.
Sophia says, I am hands-on inthis business. I always visit your
houseto make sure the cleaning is done rightand we always give you
a reminder call
the day before your scheduled clean-ing. I love this business
because ittruly allows me to become a part ofthe family with many
of my clients. When you allow someone into yourhome to fold your
laundry and cleanfor you, it takes a great amount oftrust and I am
proud to earn that trustwith so many wonderful people.
Ms. Twister and Sophias reviewsare all five stars. Kathryn
Starkey says,I would recommend Sophia! She isan extremely conscious
person whogoes that extra mile to make sureeverything is done
correctly andmakes sure you are happy!

when we walk into thehome that its not just clean itsSophia clean!

Sophia may not be the teammember doing the actual cleaningevery
time, but she trains her teamand oversees their work to make
surethat every clean provided meets theSophia Clean and Ms. Twister

fiveyears ago. He says, Team Farrell hasalways been passionate
about givingback to the community because webelieve as business

OTAZU and more is a uniquewarehouse store located at 2401
Mer-chant Avenue in Odessa. Familyowned and operated by mother
anddaughter, Linda and Alli, OTAZU andmore started out 15 years ago
as theexclusive distributor in North Americafor world-renowned
jewelry designer,Rodrigo Otazu. Their customers areamong the best
boutiques and spe-cialty stores in the U.S. and Canada.
This year, Linda and Alli decidedto experiment and opened
directly tothe public as OTAZU and more. Wewanted to offer women a
chance tocome in and try on some of our collec-tion overstock, says
Linda. Weopened to the public for a special two-day event in May
and received such awonderful response that we decided toremain
accessible by the public. So,the mother-daughter team then
spentcountless hours refining their idea ofconverting their
wholesale distributionbusiness into this unique warehousestore. As
described by Linda, Weconsider this our little Pasco gem,and we are
excited to bring upscale, designer jewelry to Pasco County atvery
affordable prices, often way below
wholesale. The store is still evolvingand hopefully improving
every day.
For those unfamiliar with the de-signer, Rodrigo Otazu started
design-ing jewelry in Amsterdam. Within afew short years, Vogue was
calling himthe King of Bling and one of thejewelry worlds hottest
names dujour. Soon Rodrigo was collaborat-ing with top couture
houses, such asChristian LaCroix, on their spectacularrunway
collections. Rodrigos workquickly got the attention of wellknown
music artists, starting out withBritney Spears in her famous
snakeoutfit from the MTV movie awards(back in the day), to Lady
Gaga in re-cent years. In addition, his jewelry isworn in the music
videos of MirandaLambert, Kelis, Mariah Carey andMadonna, as well
as adorning celebri-ties such as Tyra Banks, Lucy Liu, Jes-sica
Biel, the Khardashians, and manyothers.
Rodrigos jewelry was selected forthree of the main characters in
themovie, Sex and the City 2, and is a fa-vorite of many of the
BRAVO realityshow Housewives. Currently Rodrigois a featured
designer for Swarovskis
Atelier. He has designedmany lines over the years, in-cluding a
sterling silver collec-tion and a unique one-offDiamond collection
for De-Beers.
Most of Rodrigos jewelryis handmade in Bali and show-cases
incomparable Swarovskicrystals. As Linda describes,When you wear
jewelry byRodrigo, you immediately gar-ner compliments and
attentionfrom men and women alike. Its no surprise that there
arecountless collectors of his jew-elry all around the world. The
OTAZU brand normallyretails for $100 to over$1,000. But the
warehouseoverstock and sample pricesstart unbelievably at $10,
withsterling silver jewelry startingat $25.
In addition to theOTAZU brand, OTAZU andmore carries more, that
is,other brands as well as cre-ations by local artists, at
af-fordable prices. Alli explains,
OTAZU and more: Unique Warehouse Store, A Pasco Gem

the hassle ofgetting to a shopping mall. Weve hadmany groups of
women do this and Ilove helping them pick out fun, beau-tiful
jewelry pieces for special occa-sions or just to spice up
theirwardrobes. As the resident stylist,Alli explains how she loves
to workwith customers, I had one customerwho brought in five
outfits for her
upcoming cruise, and she tried themon as we worked together for
over anhour picking out the perfect pieces foreach. She was
delighted, and we hadso much fun.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) PresentsInaugural 2015
Pasco County All-Star Football Game
Tony Dungy / Bobby Bowden /Tom Landry / Tom Osborne theseare but
a few of the 80 or more leg-endary coaches in America who are apart
of the Wall of Champions atFCA headquarters in Kansas City MO.These
are coaches who have impactedthe lives of athletes for in the areas
ofcharacter, integrity, leadership, andeven for eternity, for most
of their ca-reers. And these are coaches whovebeen a part of FCA
for 30 - 40 years.
FCA is a non-profit sports-basedministry that seeks to impact
the livesof coaches and athletes, and all whomthey influence, for
Jesus Christ. Thereare FCA chapters in all 50 states in theU.S.,
and in 31 countries around theworld.
Locally, there are chapters in 101different schools in the Tampa
Bayarea, which include middle schools, high schools and
colleges.
The ministry can be best de-scribed with the Four Cs:
Coaches,Campus, Camps and Community.
Coaches Coaches are FCAs ini-
tial impact each year. During the sum-mer before the school year
begins, hundreds of coaches (and theirspouses) are invited to a
3-day getawayat an exclusive resort. These coachesare able to
attend breakout sessions onmarriage, finance, coaching, and oth-ers
topics. Many will enjoy some timeof R & R, sit by the pool, go
to thebeach, and get refreshed and chargedup for the upcoming
school year. There are guest speakers on coachingthe heart (the
player behind the num-ber) of the athlete, which includescoaching
in all three dimensions: phys-ical, mental and spiritual.
Billy Graham said, a coach willimpact more people in one year
thanmost people do in a lifetime. Thecoach is the gateway to
hundreds ofyoung people on campuses. This iswhy we at FCA put so
much emphaseson coaches.
The second C is for campus. With a presence on 101 campuses
inTampa Bay, we reach quite a few stu-dents in the form of school
huddles, team sports huddles, Bible Studies, de-
votionals, gymnasium events andother meetings. The school
meetingsare student initiated and student led. This gives the
students who choose tobe a part of our club an opportunityto grow
and stretch in areas such asleadership, public speaking,
prepara-tion and other life skills. Studentswho come through the
FCA ministryas leaders can put this body of workon their resume as
they begin search-ing for colleges or careers. Its impor-
tant to know that while FCA has ath-letes in our name, that
students donthave to be athletes or a part of a sportsteam to be a
part of our club. We seekto reach ALL students at all schools.
The third C is for camps. FCAhas hundreds of camps around
thecountry each year. These camps rangefrom all student camps,
leadershipcamps, and virtually the differentsports-specific camps.
Locally we offera full week of camp at Southeastern

University in Lakeland. Students fromall across southwest
Florida meet atSEU for a full week of perspiration, in-spiration
and transformation. Theycome back fired up and ready to makea
difference in their schools and withtheir friends.
The fourth C is for community.FCA partners with
businesses, churches, parents and volunteers toorganize several
major events andmany small events each year that im-pact the
community. Some of theevents well do are golf tournaments, cornhole
tournaments,
