What is the Trim4Life Contest?Trim4Lifeisaweightlosscontest. The contest will run from Jan. 14 – March 31st, however you can start your weight loss program anytime. The dates are there for those who are going after the prizes being awarded for the most weight loss & for the best life-changing story.

SUPPLEMENT INVIGORATE: Take 2 capsules, before each meal; breakfast, lunch and dinner.

WATER Drink at least 8, 8-ounces of water throughout the day.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

At least 30 minutes six days per week, from a walk to a run; bike ride; or stepper.

BREAKFAST A WHEYSMART Smoothie, mixed with your favorite fruits; berries make for the lowest calorie and glycemic impact.
