We have experience and up-to-date technologiesOur production program benefits from 25-year tradition and in-cludes a wide range of components used in roofs, facades and com-posite ceiling. Our specialization is in particular in a wide portfolio of trapezoidal profiles and C Trays. We produce most of them in a modern plant in Senica in Slovakia, built in 2007.

Variable system structures and special product structures, various surface finishes and a wide variety of colours – these are key factors that contribute to high demand for our products and will guarantee success of your constructions.

Are you challenging? So are we!All our production processes and product portfolio are solved with taking healthy environment into consideration. Surface finishes and paints we offer do not contain any traces of heavy metal.

We monitor carefully input material parameters and their processing procedure during the entire production process. Final products are also subjected to strict inspection. We verify their required mechanical properties and surface finish with thorough laboratory tests.

At the same time we pay attention to protection and safety of our employees, the Safety first motto accompanies all production stages.

ZM EVOLUTION

ZM Evolution surface finishZM Evolution is a new improved composition of coated sheet metal finish. It comes from the classic hot-galvanizing process. However, material is dipped into molten bath with a unique composition of zinc, aluminium and magnesium. Composition of these three chemical elements is quite essential: zinc provides traditional cathode protection, magnesium and aluminium create stable and resistant layer on the entire surface. The result is much more efficient protection against corrosion and elimination of this unwanted corrosive process in the future. Devaluation of surface layer in a corrosive environment is even three times lower compared to the standard zinc surface. ZM Evolution provides the best coated surface finish protection.

Aluzink surface finishAluzink is a steel sheet metal, both-sided hot-coated with alloy at quantity 150 g/m2. Alloy consists of 55% Al, 43.5 % Zn and 1.5% Si. This surface finish satisfies high demands on anti-corrosion. It has high light and heat reflection and maintains its properties also in the environment with temperature up to 315 °C.
