• All instruments translated into the languages they
will be administered (Word Files)
• National Adaptation Forms

• Background Questionnaires– Questions that require national adaptations in
each country– Other adaptations– Not administered questions or question parts
• Adaptation made to the Student Perceptions Questionnaire items

Feedback on translation
• Verifier will insert comments and suggestions concerning translation to the Word files, using Track Changes function
• Files with proposed corrections, changes and comments (including severity codes) will be sent to NRC

• Necessary corrections to the instruments have to be implemented
• Instruments Revision Summary has to be completed
• National Adaptation Forms have to be revised

Layout verification
• One copy of each instrument (translation verified and corrected) as PDF file
• Updated National Adaptation Forms
• The ISC will review instruments and will send its comments to NRC

After receiving feedback on layout
• Final corrections to the instruments have to be made
• National Adaptation Forms have to be revised
• Final version of the instruments and National Adaptation Forms should be sent to ISC
• INSTRUMENTS CAN BE PRINTED!

• Verification of full set of instruments takes approximately two – four weeks, dependently on:– Scope of the instruments (more if Regional
