• 3 Transition to Practice Programs o Graduate Nurse Program (104 positions) o Combined Graduate Nursing/Midwifery Program (10 positions) o Graduate Midwifery Program (2 positions)

• Our support system consists of graduate specific orientation, a preceptorship program, supernumerary time in each rotation, qualified Clinical Nurse/Midwife Educators, a dynamic team of Clinical Support Nurses/Midwives. And of course a multitude of experienced and friendly staff!!
• Your transition from student to registered nurse/midwife should and will be both challenging and rewarding.

Graduate Midwifery rotations at Northern Health include: • Antenatal Clinics • Birth Suite • Postnatal Unit • Neonatal unit
Our combined Nursing/Midwifery graduates will experience a medical or surgical rotation as well as the full midwifery program on offer
