For this reason, the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®), a global non-profit leadership development provider with over 40 years of innovation in developing leaders in different industries, including education, government, and the non-profit sector, is pleased to offer a pilot Leadership Program for Heads of Schools (LPHS) to the International Baccalaureate (IB) member schools. Addressing the educational leaders’ behaviors in a socio-political context, the LPHS program specifically incorporates the following elements: It emphasizes the link and bridges the connection between leader development and student learning and achievement.
