Who We AreWe are the Google Analytics of Collections. Google Analytics is able to identify consumer behavior, consumer preferred channels and sources as well as how a consumer interacts with your brand. For example, when a consumer interacts with a website, it is able to distinguish if the prospective consumer is ready to buy the product and how to best to influence him (ie offer, pricing, discount etc.) to buy now and buy from the specific website visited. Google Analytics uses sophisticated artificial intelligence (AI) running on top of mountains of data, typically known as “Big Data,” to discern the important information and make accurate recommendations.
Dasceq uses the same methods and tools to understand the behavior of a delinquent account, to determine the best communication channel (i.e. email, text, phone, etc.), to recommend the best time to reach the consumer or the time when he is most likely to pay and to provide the best messaging and payment option that will provide the highest success for each collection experience. Similar to Google, Dasceq leverages multiple AI/ML techniques such as predictive behavior Models, Attribution Models, Multivariate Models, Deep Learning, Random Forest, Survival Models, Consumer Personas, and Voice NLP Algorithms to determine who will pay, when they will pay, the amount they are most likely to pay, and how to influence them to pay.

The ChallengeConsumer debt is increasing and the collection industry is growing rapidly but the technology and processes used in the collection industry haven’t kept pace. In the last 10 years, significant improvement has been made in consumer behavior identification, marketing, technology, and data science. However, collection methods have remained largely the same over this same time frame leaving many collections shops struggling.
