The Early Years

• Early adopter with high expectations

• Cutting Edge vs. Bleeding Edge

• Technology hindered our process and progress—can’t live with it, don’t have a job without it!

• Communication, Building Trust, Good Listening….and admitting when you just don’t know!!

• Team Planning---Bob brought us the desired outcome but like all good chefs we hand selected the ingredients, chose our favorite recipes and used our own kitchen – Project Planning, Project Development, Timeline

• Course Based Website---with student research on historical campus themes, MHC Archive Collection – images, letters, newspapers

• Project Needs---scanning & metadata standards, database tool, web development tool, and lots of time!
