Step 1: Initial inquiry

Discuss your certification needs with one of our experienced staff who will offer you a free, no-obligation review of your certification needs.

Step 5: Continual evaluation

subsequent to certificate issuance, registration maintenance will recommence with BsI as your current registrar. We will simply pick-up where your program left off and conduct the next required surveillance or reassessment visit. During this phase in our new relationship with you, we are happy to evaluate your current program to ensure it is the most effective fit for your organization. our representatives are adept at developing certificate consolidation programs for multiple sites and/or the addition of other management system standards to your portfolio. We will also provide comprehensive information about our other solutions-based products geared toward optimizing the health and efficiency of your management system.

Step 4: Certification

If no outstanding or potential problems are identified, a technical review of your transfer file will be completed and a certificate issued. your BsI certificate will mirror your current registration in scope, standard, and expiry date.

Step 3: verification assessment and observation visit

BsI will conduct a due diligence review of your management system in order to transfer your certification to BsI. for all standards except ts 16949, your transfer assessment program will include a review of your previous report, corrective actions, and a review of complaints, as well as a management review and the internal audits. (ts 16949 scheme rules mandate the completion of an on-site transfer reassessment visit).

Step 2: application and quotation

following discussion with one of our teams, we will provide you with a written quotation to transfer your existing certification to us. submit your application to BsI, along with a copy of your existing certificate, last visit report, Corrective action Plan (CaP), and evidence of Corrective action Plan acceptance (CaPa). for aerospace industry standards (as 9100, as9210, as 9110), in addition to Corrective action Plan documentation, you will need to provide evidence of nonconformity closure from your current registrar. the transfer of your certificate is a seamless process, if your current certificate has not expired or been withdrawn, and was issued by an accreditation body who is recognized by the International accreditation forum. once it is verified that your certificate is transferable, we will plan your transfer assessment.
