    Mr. G i l l e s p i e a p p e a r f o r d e p o s i t i o n i n a i d o f

    e x e c u t i o n . The mot ion t r a c k s t h a t he has been

    n o t i c e d a t l e a s t t h r e e t i m e s .

    Mr. G i l l e s p i e was a c t u a l l y h e l d i n con tempt by

    Judge Cook f o r f a i l i n g t o a p p e a r a t a d e p o s i t i o n ,

    and he was o r d e r e d t o a p p e a r w i t h i n f o r t y - f i v e

    days , which he has n o t compl ied w i t h .

    He has r e sponded t h a t he w i l l n ot a pp e ar f o r

    d e p o s i t i o n i n compl iance w i t h Judge Cook ' s o r d e r

    d a t e d September 3 0, 20 10 , u n l e s s c e r t a i n c o n d i t i o n s

    were met; each o f which he imposed w i t h o u t any

    THE COURT: What i s h i s d i s a b i l i t y ?

    MR RODEMS: Your Honor t h a t has i t s been

    r e p r e s e n t e d t o me by Mr. G i l l e s p i e a s b e i n g P o s t

    Traumat i c S t r e s s D i s o r d e r d e p r e s s i o n , a n x i e t y and

    something t h a t he r e f e r s t o Lega l Abuse Syndrome.

    THE COURT: What accommodat ions has he

    r e q u e s t e d ?

    MR RODEMS: On one o c c a s i o n he r e q u e s t e d

    he s a i d he was h e a r i n g i m p a i r e d and he r e q u e s t e d

    he have r e a l - t i m e c a p t i o n i n g , which t h e Cour t d i d

    p r o v i d e . Beyond t h a t , d o n t know what he has

    r e q u e s t e d because he has f i l e d t h i n g s w i t h

    p r e d e c e s s o r j u d g e s ex p a r t e , b u t i t s my

    u n d e r s t a n d i n g t h a t he want s t h i n g s l i k e b e i n g a b l e

    t o come t o c o u r t a t a t ime when he f e e l s i t s

    a p p r o p r i a t e , o r s t a y i n g as l ong a s he wishes t o , o r

    hav ing some c o n t r o l o v e r how l ong a h e a r i n g would

    go.
