Project Narrative The Philadelphia Water Department (PWD) owns and operates the Southwest Pollution Control Plant located at 8200 Enterprise Avenue in Philadelphia. The project is intended to improve the Preliminary Treatment Facility with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and civil site improvements. The project consists of the following:
Electrical, sanitary, and plant water utility relocations Demolishing curbing and sidewalk Erecting the East Dumpster Bay building addition to the Preliminary Treatment Facility Installing a reinforced concrete driveway, bollards, and curb features Regrading of the site Preliminary Treatment Building façade repair
