Our large fleet of road construction equipment, earthmoving equipment,
crushers and trucks is in excellent condition and in most instances even
newly purchased for new contracts.

to the satisfaction to our clients. For complete peace of mind Traminco
has an ongoing joint venture agreement with Raubex Limited, one of the
largest civil and construction publically traded companies in South Africa.

Traminco stands for Transportation, Mining and Construction. It specialises in the Construction of Roads, Earthmoving, Crushers, Civil Work and Mining. The company has a strong mining background as it was born from succeeding companies specialising mining and drilling. DR Congo Mr Brian Christophers, the CEO, establishing himself in DR Congo in 2002 with mining, drilling and construction activities, the development of the Luisha Copper Mine and Kipoi Copper mine that lead into Traminco being registered in DR Congo in 2005 as a mining and construction contractor. Rwanda Traminco did a wide variety of work in Rwanda where it opened mines, built roads, schools houses and o翿?ces. Uganda
Traminco worked in Uganda through joint ventures and subcontracting projects. Due to the growth and demand Traminco registered in Uganda in 2014.

Traminco is experiencing steady annual growth.
From the initial turnover of $2,000,000 in 2005 it has grown to a $40,000,000 annual turnover in 2012. The 2013 turnover will well ex-ceed this number.
We have excellent relationships with all our bankers. This ensures that we have the ability to take on large projects and issue bank guarantees against our performance.
If needed we can further rely on our standing joint venture agreement that we have with Raubex. Revenue in 2012 was $120,000,000 with an operating profit of $11,000 000.

Brian Christophers - CEO
The CEO of the company, Brian Christophers, a South African national,
started his career with DeBeers and climbed the management ladder be-
fore se翿?ng up BHD Mining. This eventually became South Africa’s second
largest drilling contractor and was sold in 1995. Following the sale of the
company Brian set up the Luisha Copper mine in Katanga province and
developed the Heterogenite business in the DRC as well as the processing
technology. In 2002 Brian then established himself in the East of the DRC
where he is assisting mining companies in the Gold, Tin and Tantalum
business with his construction company.
Colin Cox – Construction Director
Colin Cox is a New Zealand national and in charge of general construction
management for Traminco. Originally a trained mechanical engineer, he
has over 30 year’s construction experience including 8 years in the DRC.
Colin and his team are well experienced to open up greenfields, remote
areas where there is no infrastructure whatsoever, specialising in open-
ing roads, bridges, heli-pads, runways, quarries etc.
Alex van Hoeken—Alternative Director
Alex van Hoeken, a Dutch national, is an alternative director in the com-
pany and a mining engineer by training. His career includes having been
an operations superintendent for Royal Boskalis, a leading Dutch marine
construction firm. He set up mining exploration companies in Indonesia
and Mexico in the 1990’s and in 2000 he established a major diamond
mining operation in central DRC. In 2004 he started a consulting practice,
which includes ongoing assignments with mining and construction com-
panies in the DRC and elsewhere, Alex is currently the CEO of Kilo Gold.

Joe Meyer—Director Uganda
Joe Meyer is a South African national and is the Director for Uganda. He
has a many years of experience in project management, business devel-
opment, business management, marketing and brand building.
Joe has been working in DR Congo and Uganda since 2010 and is heading
the Uganda business of Traminco.

Zhou Rongke —Divisional Manager
Zhou Rongke is a Chinese national and a qualified Civil Engineer by trade
with over 16 years’ experience including 9 years in Africa working for The
Chinese International Construction Corporation (CHICO). Zhou’s career
began working as a Site Engineer working his way up to Project manager
of road construction projects with values over USD80m. With Zhou’s road
design engineering background he is head of Traminco’s Road Division.
Johan Boogerd —Project Design
Johan Boogerd is an architectural engineer currently working as
Traminco’s Project Design Manager.
A Dutch national graduating at the Delft University of Technology in 2005,
he has previously worked for the construction firm Royal Dutch Volker
Wessel’s and the Architectural firm Dam & partners for 5 years. Johan’s
specialty is architectural design with a technical background varying small
housing estates to multi story commercial buildings including Urban De-
sign and Project Management.
Personnel
Traminco employs over 60 senior personnel, civil, mining and mechanical
engineers, and senior site supervisors, etc. Traminco values creating local
