    • Made when a physical delivery attempt has been unsuccessful

    – A physical attempt must be made

    • Must be used with appropriate action and reason codes

    • Check code lists 112 and 113 and allowed combinations

    • In case of undeliverable items, after agreed number of attempts, a reason code must be provided before returning the item
