Course Lecturer: Hussain Al Qassab
Hussain specializes in occupational health, safety, environment and security management systems and he was the HSE, fire & Security Manager in ALBA. His experience in HSE exceeds 21 years ranging from awareness, trainings, implementation & auditing. Currently he is HSE & Q Director working in View Consultancy. Furthermore, he is a specialist in Leadership & Management skills, Soft skills, behavioral based safety (DuPont), risk management, gap analysis, risk assessment, aspect identification, safety inspections, emergency response planning, industrial incident investigation, HAZOP studies, 5-S, Chairing HSE Executive Committees, emission monitoring and control, waste management technique, ergonomics, heat stress, PTW Systems, mentoring, lean manufacture and process control techniques. Hussain is an approved trainer in OSHAcademy (USA), NEBOSH (U.K), ilm (U.K), CIEH (U.K), Edexcel (U.K) in Gulf and Middle East Region.

Assessment:
All assessments will be conducted during theWorkshop. Assessment tasks consist of e.g: Quizzes, Practical
discussions, case studies, role plays, onsite Exercises, hands-on.
Certificates:
Certificates will be awarded to the learners who pass in the assessments and completed at least75% of the
attendance report.

Progress Reports:
Progress and attendance reports linked to thespecifications for the reporting period will be sentto the company of
each learner. This report will list learner’s progress and achievements with respect to the appropriate section of
the syllabus, indicating the progress made towards the training objective.
