I-Learn…own your future! (Best viewed in HTML format)

TO: All NAIT Employees

FROM: NAIT Learning & Performance Solutions Group

RE: I-Learn…own your future!

I-Learn is about you learning, your future as a knowledge worker, your

personal intellectual property and your responsibility for what you learn.

Are you a knowledge worker? Generally, knowledge workers would agree with these statements:

I don’t like to be told what to do.

I’m better led by example than explicit management.

I work best when working with other people in social networks.

No one will ever reduce what I do to a flow chart.

I like to work on things I help create.

I'm always building for the future while getting today's work out the door.

If I don't feel good about doing something, I probably won't do it well.

The last remaining competitive advantage of the future is knowledge!*

I-Learn will help you to Own Your Future.
