GMP EQUIPMENTS PVT. LTD is an organization Located in AHMEDABAD, India a well

known business city of India to manufacture liquid packaging machineries.

GMP supplies online offline PACKAGING MACHINERY (i.e. WASHING, FILLERS,

CAPPERS, and LABELERS etc.) and CUSTOMISE MANUFACTURING PLANT to the

Pharmaceuticals, Food, Beverages, Cosmetics, Chemical, Pesticides, Dairy, and allied industries.

established in GMP.

1. ROTARY BOTTLE WASHING MACHINE

Description:

"GMP" Rotary Bottle Washing Machine is compact and highly efficient machine

with elegant look. This multifunctional multi featured machine meets the GMP

requirements of washing for glass and plastic bottles. The machine operates on the rotary

principle with "GENEVA" mechanism and requires manual loading and unloading of

bottles.

Salient Features:

1) Geneva Mechanism.

2) Four inner (Included one air wash) & one outer.

3) Sequence of washes to customer’s choice.

4) Easy operation.

5) Stationary nozzles eliminate contamination of water cycles.

6) Easy loading and unloading.

7) Individual solenoid valve for each washing sequence, that eliminates carbon plate and

other accessories reduce leakage and maintenance to minimum.

8) Higher capacity centrifugal pumps to wash bigger bottles (500 & 1000 ml.).

9) The stationary nozzles avoid chipping of bottle necks.

10) Pumps and tanks are mounted on portable stand for easy maintenance.

2. AUTOMATIC LINEAR BOTTLE WASHING MACHINE

Description:

"GMP" High Speed Linear Vial Washing Machine is most ideal for Round Vial

and finds wide application in PHARMACEUTICALS INDUSTRIES. The automatic

loading arrangement facilities loading of vials on to SS wire mesh conveyor through feed

conveyor or vials are pushed manually from feed table. This saves manpower as vials are

feed into pockets automatically. The automatic unloading mechanism consists of

unloading vial continues on to turn table (Optional).

Salient Features:1) High-pressure spray nozzles ensure perfect wash of Vials.

3. ROTARY PISTON FILLING AND SEALING MACHINE

Description:

"GMP"Automatic Rotary Piston Filling Cum Sealing Machine is versatile, self-

supported on stainless steel leg with height adjustable adjustment system. The machine is

precision built on sturdy welded steel frame completely enclose in stainless steel sheet

and doors are providing to facilitate the servicing of machine, work on volumetric

principle with rotary motion. The unit is made compact, versatile and enclosed in

stainless steel elegantly matt finish body. No container No filling & No Sealing system

arrangement is standard features of the machine.

MACHINE

Description:

"GMP" Automatic Volumetric Liquid Vial Filling Machine work on volumetric principle

with diving nozzles. The unit is made compact, versatile and enclosed in stainless steel

elegantly matt finish body, consists of S.S. Slat Conveyor, Reciprocating Nozzle with

self-centering devices & SS Syringe. No container No filling system arrangement is

standard features of the machine.

The main drive of the machine and conveyor drive consist of A/c Motor with

synchronized variable A/c Frequency Drive.

TECHNOLOGY AND SPEED=FLOW RATE. The unit is made compact, versatile and

6. TURN TABLE

Descriptions:

Stainless steel scrambler & Un-scrambler, which is familiar as turn table. This is

built on SS Square frame, solid guide rail & reduction gear box for jerk less & noiseless

performance. Turntable is useful to ensure total synchronization, uniform flow of

container and to take a turn at 90 degree to suit different machine and purpose in

automatic liquid line.

7. Automatic High Speed Wet Glue Labeling Machine

Description:

"GMP" Automatic High Speed Wet Glue Labeling Machine is automatically

labels round container of glass, plastic, aluminum, pet, cardboard container, will wrap-

around labels in the vertical position by using cold glue. Automatic High Speed Wet Glue

Labeling Machine is rigid, versatile and engineered for reliability and enhance

operational efficiency in addition, it has several exclusive features which offer additional

advantages.

Salient Features:

1) Stainless Steel cladding or hard chrome plating of all exposed parts to ensure long life

and resistance against corrosion.

2) Adjustable Conveyor Height to align with other machine of the line.

3) Minimum changeover time is required from one size of container or label to another.
