e-Learning Uploading an assignment on Moodle

• Login to LMS as shown earlier.• Remember to use your student number as

username and password.• From your personal home page, click on the

module code of the module you wish to access.

Click on the assignment title in order to access

the assignment

The assignment itself is completed in MS Word format, offline, and is

saved to your computer’s hard drive

When you are ready to upload the assignment to iLearn, click on the

‘Browse’ button

You are now able to search for the file on your hard

drive

Select the file you want to download and click on the ‘Open’ button

Click on the ‘Upload this file’

button

Click on the ‘Continue’ button

Your lecturer will immediately be able

to see that your assignment file has

been submitted!

Remember!

• The Moodle software tracks all logins.• The Moodle software does not make

mistakes.• You cannot claim that there ‘was a problem

with the software’ if you forget to submit an assignment – we will know!
