ABSTRACT

This study is considered one of the theoretical studies, in which the researchers tried to analyzing the training concept from an Islamic perspective, and to appear, clear his role in changing the attitude of the workers, and improve their performance. So, this paper presents a comprehensive vision of the importance of the training in Islamic, and its role of raising and enhancing the efficiency of the employee's performance and their achievements, and thus the success and superiority the organization. The training concept in the Islamic thought faced great interest from researchers and from whom specialists in human resources field, in which the training Islamic concept is adheres with Islamic values, as dedication, loyalty, devotion and quality, each of which has an impact and effects on the workers behavior. Therefore, Islam urged to train in all kinds of works aspects, that may human being carried out. Also, in this paper we will discuss the training goals and importance from Islamic perspectives, and the means which lead to perfection, excellence kindness, and charity, through providing workers with knowledge, skills and modifying their behavior and attitude In order to be consistent with Islamic values.
