    Training can be handled asan event sponsored by a unit,district, or council, and ofteninvolves training teams with

    several members

    Training can be handled as a

    one-on-one activity or asself-instruction,

    depending upon particularcircumstances.

    As trainers we should all becommitted to continuous

    improvement.

    Not everyone is cut-out tobe a trainer. A good trainer

    has specific skills

    and qualities that distinguishthem from others.

    Training includes teaching,

    coaching, critiquing, andmentoring, and most

    trainers perform all (or atleast some) of these tasks.
