TRAFFIC WEEK PROJECT
Traffic week is considered as one of the highly important annual events that raises
awareness regarding road safety and public wealth. We are honored to be part of
such campaign, contributing to the awareness raised for people’s wellbeing and
security. As part of this awareness event, we have designed a make-believe city
that will allow for not just adults but also targets kids to participate in this event and
educating them more about traffic week, road and public safety and people’s
wealth.
BENEFITS Being part of an educational experience and learning through inter-
active tools and strategies allows the kid to stay focused and absorb
the information he is receiving
Through this city and the activities assigned for the traffic week
event, kids will get the opportunity to blend in a functioning society,
which will open their eyes to real life experience of public liability and
safety importance, developing their sense of responsibility, all the while
the parents enjoy their tours around the city visiting sponsors and
exhibitors.
Riding around the city, kids will encounter a number of signs and
informative tips about the significance of road safety measurements

they encounter an educational information and tips about road safety and the consequences of disobeying the law.
MAZE_Room 1
• Entering the first room, visitors will be handed an Ipad.
• Participants will have to aim the ipad to the wall, which will cause messages to appear on the screen
• Those messages are sent by Qatar’s traffic department as a mean to raise people’s awareness regarding the
significance of road safety and the liability hey holds towards the public while on the road.
• The technology used in this room is “The Augmented Reality”, it consists of a realistic reflection of an image
proven to have a strong effect on people, teaching them all the while capturing their focus to the message that is
meant to be sent.
MAZE_Room 2• IboothMe
A photo booth will be placed in the 3rd room where people get to record moments of their trip around the maze with
a background of their choice while on the other side Traffic department seizes the opportunity to collect the data-
base of the people who have attended the event
MAZE_Room 3• Illuminated Banner

a large illuminated banner the traffic depart-
ment’s logo followed by a number of crucial
messages about road safety and responsible

cant tool of convincing the viewers of a mes-
sage, capturing their attention and streering
their focus towards the important message of
caution and carefulness.
MAZE_Room 4• Hologram

This technique is highly effective due to its vwey
lifelike portrayal of a car crash, alerting people
of a highly important message; “it takes a
