We are in the 2nd grade, at “Ion Jalea” School from Constanta, an old and also modern city in Romania.

Although we live in a city, we love our traditions, customs and our traditional costumes.

Her costume is older than 70 years. It consists of a white cotton shirt, over it is a long velvet dress (“plisirna”) with many folds and over it she wears an apron.

She always wears this costume with pride because it was my grandmother’s wedding dress.
