Tradewinds Resort Specialists Central Florida was founded by one of the original organizers of the most successful Resort Concessionaires in the country beginning in the 1980’s. Our specialty is operating resort pool deck areas in the manner that the resort management demands. We are now operating at many different leading resorts in the Central Florida area. When we partner, you get a pool concierge that has the resort’s reputation in 100% of their focus.

Our specialty is operating resort pool deck areas. Our station is typically the towel disbursement location at poolside, where we staff the location with professional, qualified attendants, at little to no cost to the resort.

At each one of our locations the Tradewinds pool concierge program offers courteous and professional pool staff with bright personalities that can and will be responsive to the guests.

At TradeWinds, we devote time and energy into recruiting, training, and motivating our staff to be the best ambassador for your resort at poolside.

Our concierges are available daily to inform your guests on all resort activities. Our presence and approach is a powerful and positive reflection on your resort.

This takes hours of training on our part and continual follow-up from our supervisors. Our ambassadors are all trained suncare professionals to educate people of the dangers of the Florida sun.

We tastefully merchandise various swim related items that resort guests have come to expect at the pool area for their convenience. This program is seamless between the hotel and our staff, as we honor and respect the philosophies of the particular Resort.

At each of our locations we carry an extensive line of beach and pool items for sale, or for rent by the hour, day or week. We stock pool floats, rafts, and all other accessories for both the beach and pool.

Resort Management will seek this program out to operate their pool and beach areas, based on our reputation for quality services offered, with an extra bonus of creating a positive revenue source at this typically, non revenue producing

location in a resort.

Knowing the value of the remembered experience is vital to a resort property, we devote all of our attention and efforts to creating a positive atmosphere at these

areas of a resort, and so the resort guest has nothing but positive memories from their stay.
