TOWEL NOTES• All our towel ranges are made from Ringspun cotton making them highly durable and able to withstand repeated washing and drying.

• Do not bleach towels. Bleaching damages the cottonfibresandsignificantlyreducesthelifespan of the towel. For stubborn stains we recommend a mild stain remover.

• Wash at 50°C and avoid bleaching agents.

• A harsh texture to towels and bathrobes and an off-white colour are signs of bleach damage.

• Washing too hot can cause the bars on towels to shrink.

• Fabric conditioners reduce absorbency in towelling.

Our UK made special event banquet and conference cloths have been designed to transform a standard room into an elegant backdrop for your special event.

Table Skirts are designed to be clipped around your existing trestle tables using durable injection moulded clips which are included with the skirts and also available to purchase separately.

The skirts are manufactured in several heading styles and a variety of fabrics and colours. Sold by the metre we can make them in lengths which best suit the specific needs of your venue. We also make the drop of the skirts to fit your table heights thus ensuring a professional and stylish finish which will enhance any room set up.

We use polyester fabrics which are soft, durable and easy to launder. Our fabric ranges include Esholt, Carlton, Aloha and Signature Plus but we are always innovating so please ask if you would like a specific fabric style.

At Richard Haworth we have a wide experience of creating and supplying soft furnishings to the hospitality, leisure, education and health sectors for both new builds and refurbishments.

We produce, supply and fit as required, curtains, blinds, bed throws, cushions and valances. We offer a fantastic range of standard items using fabrics from our own fabric books. Alternatively, our in-house design team can take an initial project brief from you and create a bespoke interior which may include alternative fabrics sourced for you.

HOURS Our sales office is open between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday where our Customer Service Team will assist with all enquiries. An overnight answering facility will take any urgent requests after these hours or alternatively order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also have a number of Business Development Managers covering the United Kingdom and beyond who can be contacted through our Sales Office. Their role is to help and advise you on suitable bed linen, towels, table linen and soft furnishings over the phone or through a visit to your premises in order to fully understand your needs.

PAYMENT We accept all the usual methods of payment including all major credit cards. All pro-forma accounts are strictly nett cash /cheque against proforma invoice. All cheques must be cleared through our bank before orders are despatched. To open a credit account we will require you to complete a credit application form. Following approval of application, payment terms are due within 30 days from the date of invoice.

VAT Please add VAT at the current rate to all prices quoted in our price list.

CARRIAGE All prices quoted are based on Ex works. All orders to the UK mainland over £350.00 are delivered free. Orders under £350.00 will incur a £12.50 carriage charge. Please contact our sales team for carriage charges outside the UK mainland.

DELIVERY We will do our best to despatch orders promptly, but in the event of late deliveries we cannot take responsibility for any consequential loss incurred. Delivery is based on a standard 2-3 day service. Next day and other special delivery services are available and will be charged for at the appropriate rate. Our sales team will be pleased to quote you the charges.

SHORTAGES In the unlikely event of shortages in your delivery, please notify us within 3 days of receipt, otherwise we cannot accept responsibility.

RETENTION OF TITLE CLAUSE All goods are at a risk of the customer as soon as they are delivered or collected. Property and ownership of the goods will not pass until payment is received in full.

RETURNS We are happy to accept returned, unused and unmarked goods that are standard stock and sizes as detailed in our current brochure. Please contact our sales team before returning any stock. Please note a 15% handling charge will be made.

SAMPLES We are pleased to supply samples. These will be charged for at the time of despatch with a credit being issued to the account upon their return.

PRICE CHANGES We reserve the right to alter prices detailed in our price lists without notice, although we would always confirm a price before despatching any order.

SPECIFICATIONS Product specifications are correct at the time of print. We may need to change the specification of some products during the life of our catalogue without notice. However, we will always try to ensure the new specification is as good or better than the current.

SIZES All sizes detailed in the brochure are approximate. All goods are produced to a specification which includes a tolerance for manufacture. Special sizes are available on request with a 10% +/- tolerance on the quantity supplied.

SHRINKAGE All textile goods, particularly cotton and polycotton are liable to some shrinkage on washing.

CARE Wash and care guidelines are available from Richard Haworth. Always wash items before use and ensure the recommended care instructions are followed.

COLOURS Every care has been taken to show colours accurately but colour reproduction is limited by the printing process. For accurate colour matching we would advise that you request a fabric swatch. Please note colours may vary between batches of fabric or goods.

END OF LINES We occasionally have stocks of end of lines and seconds which we can offer at discount rates. Please contact our sales team for details of their availability.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY All goods are supplied by us on the condition that our liability for any fault or defect in the condition, description, fitness or quality for any purpose is limited in amount to a sum not exceeding the purchase price of the particular goods.

ORDER INFORMATION

EMBROIDERY

Our in-house design team can take an image, logo or letterhead and create an embroidery design in almost any colour and size for inclusion on towels, robes, napkins, table runners or aprons. We will send you a copy of the design for approval before progressing to sampling on the item you wish to purchase. There may be a small charge for the initial design and set up.

JACQUARD WEAVING

We offer jacquard name woven towels, bath mats and table linen. Minimum order quantities will apply dependant upon the product. To discuss further, please contact our sales desk.

PROTECTING YOUR LINENS

With the loss of linen as prevalent as ever, your business now has the option to use Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to track linens and improve stock management. We can include RFID tags, name labels and even heat stamping to produce to improve linen security.
