PHOTOGRAPHY GARRETT ROWLAND

Translucent PoetryTracy Glover uses traditional Italian techniques to

craft her exuberant glassworks. Each is uniquely

handblown to order in her Pawtucket, RI studio.

Tracy has a glassmaking BFA from RISD. She

honed her craft in a 13th century Belgian convent’s

crystal factory and Dale Chihuly’s Pilchuck School,

where she was mentored by Venetian maestri-in-

residence.

Delighting in the physicality of the process, it’s

no coincidence she is an avid oarsman, rowing

daily at dawn. The prismatic meeting of sunlight

and tides is invariably echoed in her translucent,

faceted glass designs.


Infinite CustomizabilityTracy has conceived her lighting – table and floor lamps, wall sconces and ceiling pendants

– as a system of interchangeable parts offering a multiplicity of choices for the proportion

and shape of base components, glass color, lampshade fabric, metal finishes and lamping.

Likewise, the accessories – decorative hardware, and vases – are available in a wealth of

color combinations and patterns. This allows optimal room for our clients’ input: each piece

can be site-specific, and, depending on the elements selected, quietly tasteful, dramatic,

stately, or whimsical. We welcome your inquiries.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

For manufacturing and/or improvement reasons, Tracy Glover Studio reserves the right to change, at any time and without prior warning, the technical and/or design specifications of any product shown.

LAMP SHADES

Lamp pricing includes the shade. Lamps may also be ordered without shades, please inquire about pricing.

CORDS

Table lamps are wired with an 8' long, transparent silver cord. Floor lamps are wired with a 12' long, transparent silver cord.

UL LISTINGS

Portable lamps and most lighting fixtures are UL listed; please specify.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

All orders are confirmed by a Tracy Glover Studio sales order confirmation. Tracy Glover Studio manufactures, delivers, and invoices orders based on the information on the sales order confirmation, which is a complete, exclusive, and final statement of the terms and conditions of agreement between Tracy Glover Studio and the purchaser with respect to the purchase and sale of the goods on order.

CHANGE / CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

After the date of order confirmation, orders cannot be changed or cancelled by the customer without written consent by Tracy Glover Studio.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped F.O.B. Pawtucket, RI. Prices do not include shipping charges.

CLAIMS

All merchandise is packed to comply with carrier requirements. Tracy Glover Studio is not responsible for damage to goods which occurs in transit or in storage. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to examine goods upon receipt.

Any claims against Tracy Glover Studio for defects, errors, or shortages must be made by the purchaser in writing within 7 days after shipment. Failure by the purchaser to make any claim against Tracy Glover Studio within 7 days will constitute acceptance of the goods and a waiver of any defects, errors, or shortages.

RETURNS

No return of goods will be accepted without written consent and shipping instructions from Tracy Glover Studio. This applies to returns of non-defective merchandise. Returns of non-defective goods, when approved, will be subjected to a 30% restocking charge and must be in new resalable condition. Returns of defective goods are regulated by Tracy Glover Studio policy and must follow Tracy Glover Studio procedure.

WARRANTIES

Tracy Glover Studio warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. During this warranty period, Tracy Glover Studio will repair or replace at its option, free of charge, products that are proven to be defective.
