PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

For manufacturing and/or improvement reasons, TracyGlover Studio reserves the right to change, at any timeand without prior warning, the technical and/or designspecifications of any product shown.

LAMP SHADES

Lamp pricing includes the shade. Lamps may also be ordered without shades, please inquire about pricing.

CORDS

Table lamps are wired with an 8' long, transparent, silvercord. Floor lamps are wired with a 12' long, transparent,silver cord.

UL LISTINGS

Lighting fixtures are assembled with UL approved parts.Fixtures can be UL/CL listed; please specify. There may be an additional charge.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

All orders are confirmed by a Tracy Glover Studio salesorder confirmation. Tracy Glover Studio manufactures,delivers, and invoices orders based on the information on the sales order confirmation, which is a complete, exclusive, and final statement of the terms and conditionsof agreement between Tracy Glover Studio and the purchaser with respect to the purchase and sale of thegoods on order.

CHANGE AND / OR CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

SHIPPING

All merchandise is packed to comply with carrier require-ments. Tracy Glover Studio is not responsible for damageto goods which occurs in transit or in storage. It is the purchaser's responsibility to examine goods upon receipt.Any claims against Tracy Glover Studio for defects, errors,or shortages must be made by the purchaser in writingwithin 5 days after delivery. RETURNS

No return of goods will be accepted without written consentand shipping instructions from Tracy Glover Studio. Thisapplies to returns of non-defective merchandise. WARRANTIES

Tracy Glover Studio warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a periodof one year from the date of delivery. During this warrantyperiod, Tracy Glover Studio will repair or replace at its option, free of charge, products that are proven to be defective.
