    Tracking +

    Tracking+ is developed from Livefleet to better serve our customer need than ever. There are new menus and features in Tracking+ such as Maintenance menu that allow user to check maintenance circle, Shipment menu that help user to efficiently manage shipment, etc. Moreover Tracking+ is now support Tablet device in both Android and IOS platform.

    How to Log in

    1. Open Web browser, tracking+ can support any type of Web browser, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Google Chrome.

    1. Tracking menu

    Principle

    Tracking menu allows user to track vehicle status such as parking, stopping,

    idle, parking position, engine ignition, velocity and direction etc. This

    function also shows vehicle position in Google map with drivers name,

    network cell site of latest updated and sensors status.

    3.1 Data refresh can be done either manually or automatically.

    3.2 To show only interested column click icon then select the interested column such as Box id / vehicle status / vehicle type/ plate number/ position/ speed and updated time by check in the Box.

    If the selected vehicle mounted the snapshot camera, User can simply view

    1. Map types

    There are 3 types of map

    1.1 Road Map : Displays the default road map view

    1.2 Terrain: Displays a physical map based on terrain information

    1.3 Satellite: Displays Google Earth satellite images

    2. To zoom in zoom out

    There are 4 ways to zoom in zoom out.

    1. Zoom by sliding the bar on left side on the screen, toward + to Zoom in and toward - to zoom out or click on + icon to zoom in , click on - icon to zoom out.

    2. Double left click on the map to zoom in.

    3. Use mouse roller by rolling forward to zoom in and rolling backward to zoom out

    4. To zoom in on specific area, click and drag the mouse to cover designated area while holding SHIFT button then release.

    3. Full screen map

    User can view full screen map by clicking on the icon. Then the information table will be closed. To bring back the information table, click the icon again.

    Click on icon to displays Thailand map in screen.

    Street View allow user to explore places through 360-degree street-level

    7. Geofencing

    User can define a boundary to generate a zone or a designated area for a security purpose.

    There are 3 types of Geofencing tool

    1. Radius designation type

    2. Linear designation type

    3. Area designation type

    2. History menu

    Principle

    History menu allows user to review route, status of vehicle by clicking on

    vehicle of interest then select types of display such as display by route, by

    point Moreover user can choose to display only particular status of vehicle

    route playback for easier review.

    Instructions

    Select history menu by clicking on icon.

    Determine the initial and finish time.

    Select vehicle registration number.

    Click on vehicle status as shown below.

    Select type of route display: linear /point / mix.

    Select to retrieve data.

    To demonstrate movement picture click to play and

    click to pause or click to stop. Select speed level from

    1(slowest) 5(Fastest) to determine the display speed.

    To show only vehicle status in demonstration, select filter from status

    then click to retrieve data.

    To change to another vehicle click on new vehicle plate then click

    to retrieve data of new vehicle.

    Data demonstration is composed of updated time, position, velocity,

    accumulated distance, the sensors status.

    3. Location menu

    Principle

    Location menu allows user to create point of interest, important locations,

    dangerous locations, and prohibited areas for security reasons and to

    enhance fleet management system efficiency. There are many modes of

    area designation setting: by point radius, area shape, and route. User can

    also edit or delete the designated area.

    Designate the location

    1. Designate by point

    Zoom in map to find the location to designate.

    Select icon tool. Drop pin into designated location. Type in location information such as location name, group, radius

    magnitude and remark. Select symbol for location from icon setting menu. Select location color tab from color setting menu. Select Save to save data or select Cancel to abandon.

    2. Designate by route

    Zoom in map to find the location to designate.

    Select icon tool. Determine origin and drag route to destination. Double clicking on icon then the window will appear for user to type in

    data. Type in location information such as location name, group, radius

    magnitude remark. Select symbol for location from icon setting tab. Select location color tab from color setting tab. Select Save to save data or select Cancel to abandon.

    3. Designate by area .

    Zoom in map to find designated location.

    Select icon tool. Select point on map to cover designated area. Double clicking on icon then the window will appear for user to type in

    data. Type in location information such as location name, group, radius

    magnitude and remark. Select symbol for location from icon setting tab. Select location color tab from color setting tab. Select Save to save data or select Cancel to abandon.

    Edit and delete location

    1. Edit location

    Search location by name (sub-district, district, province) then select

    to search Right click on designated location then select Edit this location

    overlay. Double click on location icon then location data window will appear. Edit location data or selected area (expand or reduce). Select Save to save data or select Cancel to abandon.

    2. Delete location

    Search location by name (sub-district, district, and province) then click

    icon. Right click on designated location and select Delete this location

    overlay. Window message will appear then select YES to delete location data

    or NO to cancel.

    4. Direction menu

    Principle

    This Menu allow user to manage fuel supply by calculating route and

    distance and also the fuel consumption of each trip. By searching the name

    of destination in from of location, District, province across the country, this

    function will calculate and provide you the shortest distance and time to

    destination.

    Instructions

    1. Select location from Type location column. There are 3 types of selection. 1.1 location 1.2 Latitude, Longitude 1.3 Google

    1.1. Select location from the favorite location

    1.2.Set location co-ordinate in Latitude, Longitude

    1.3. Identify location by search the name of sub-district, district, province.

    2. Calculate the direction avoiding the toll way and high way. Select Direction display calculation option.

    5. Report menu

    Principle

    This menu provides the various types of report in order to analyze vehicle

    behavior and to compare to driving behavior. Mainly there are three types

    of reports, namely the Summary report, Driver Behavior report, Transport

    report.

    Click on report menu then Select type of report

    Select vehicle plate.

    Set initial time / end time to retrieve data

    Export report file to Excel or PDF format.

    5.1 Speed and Fuel usage Report

    Speed Graph report displays trip information such as idle, stop, vehicle

    movement while Fuel usage report graph displays fuel consumption.

    This report displays the speed of vehicle and fuel consumption along

    with pie graphs as shown in the picture.

    5.3 Speed Range Report

    This bar graph report displays the velocity of individual vehicle in different

    speed range.

    8. Option setting

    Option setting menu allows user to set up software system information to

    optimize its usage. To enter to this menu first choose project

    otherwise tracking+ will not allows user to enter the setting menu, and

    then click on icon which located at the upper right of the screen.

    delete an undesirable one, or edit user information.

    To indicate Vehicle Fleet like Xsense Information Service etc.

    1. Click icon, the create category window will appear.

    3. Double click on vehicle plate number to select vehicle

    4. Click SAVE to record information

    This menu allows user to configure safety driving report conditions.

    Instruction

    1. To enter this menu click safety driving report conditions tab

    on left hand side of the screen

    To configure safety driving report conditions

    -Set Maximum working hour -Set Maximum working hour/day -set maximum non-stop driving hours

    - Rest duration/non-stop driving - Maximum idle duration(minutes) - Maximum driving speed duration - set maximum stop duration
