TP CLIENT PRESENTATION
•Login PageEnter valid Email Id & Password used for Online Registration

•Login PageEnter Valid Unique Client Code/Security Code *

• The Unique code will be received while online registration. This code will be sent via Email or SMS to the user• For First time login, Internet access is required.
•Open Project On entering the security code, Project Page gets displayed.
Click on New to start new project
•File & Help Menu
Use “File Menu” for new project, open existing project or remove projects
For help, use “Help Menu”
•Fill Project InformationFill the Project Information as per drawing
Select ULB Name & Type
It is auto generated code as per ULB selection
Enter Project NameSelect CAD (exe) type and path
Click save after every step
•Fill Project DetailsFill the Project Details as per drawing
Click on plot details to fill plot details
•Fill Plot Area DetailsFill the plot area details as per Drawing & Documents
Application considers min area of revenue record & C.T.S map area
User can add multiple plot area details
Click on Save to save the details
•Fill Project DetailsFill the project details as per drawing
Click on Client and Site Details
•Fill Client And Site DetailsFill the client & site details as per documents
Select whether the client is Owner, Developer, Promoter User can add multiple
client (owner/developer) details
Click on Save to save the details
For multiple buildings/wings etc. Click on add
For removing use remove
For importing use import
•Add Building TypeRight click on building type to add buildings, wings etc.

Enter Building Type/ Name
•Add Typical FloorRight Click On Typical Floor To Add Floors etc.
For Multiple Floors Click On Add
•Add Typical FloorFill Typical Floor Details
Enter name & height of floor
Select floor use
If there are any similar floors mention here
Select the checkbox if the floor is ground, basement and/or parking

Map To List will auto list all the identical floors
Click to add drawing
•Add New DrawingRight click on the code to add new drawing
Click on browse to select path of drawing
•Add New Drawing To The Project
•To Open Drawing For Generation Of Scrutiny
Double click to open drawing flie (dwf)
•PlotTo mark the items in plot, use the Command line options
Mark all items of plot in plot/site/ block plan

•RoadTo mark the items in roads, use the Command line options
Mark all items of roads in plot/site/ block plan
•BuildingTo mark the items in building, use the Command line options
Select Mark Building Boundary
•Mark Building Boundary/ Mark Floor Boundary Once Marked On Mark Building Boundary – Check The Command Line
For Rectangle – R, Draw- D , Select- S if polyline, Boundary – B
•Selected The Command ‘R’
Rectangle is drawing covering all buildings & plans
The name of building will display then click ok
•FloorMark the things in floors (same commands will display in command line)
•Generate TP Validation Report Click on generate TP validation report & place paper
•After Generate TP Validation Report Place all the items in sheet by giving proper scale to the generated sheet & save the drawing & close.
•Export FileClick on export file to create TP file for online uploading
Click on Export File
•HardshipClick on Hardship to know fail values
Click on Hardship to know fail values
•HardshipSelect Yes to apply for hardship with proper justification, If No, make changes in drawing & run again & click on save.
Proper Justification If Yes, give proper justification
Save
Click on save
Click menu to open menu
Click on download to download TP & xml file for online process
•Save, Menu, Download
Note: All dimensions in drawing as well as in application should be in ‘meter’
